Learning motivation is a dynamic mechanism that initiates and maintains individual learning activities and leads learning activities to certain learning goals.It is also an internal driving force that directly promotes students' learning and plays a positive role in improving students' academic performance.Academic achievement is one of the most intuitive reflection of students' mastery of knowledge,which can measure students' learning ability and learning effect.The reflection effect of academic performance is not fixed.The learning level of a student over a period of time can be reflected through academic performance,and academic performance can only show the mastery of the scope of learning,which will be affected by a variety of factors.Nowadays,the development of tennis in the country is increasingly strong,many colleges and universities have set up special courses for tennis to facilitate the cultivation of more professional tennis talents,to provide diversified solutions for the employment and development of sports students.However,there are still some problems in the enhancement of learning motivation and the improvement of academic performance because of the active and flexible nature of sports majors themselves.This paper will take reinforcement motivation theory,hierarchy of needs theory,success or failure attribution theory and self-efficacy theory as theoretical guidance,carding domestic and foreign literature studies,using the method of documentary,psychological measurement,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis of the tennis students of Tian Jin University of Sport learning motivation effect on academic performance for targeted research.In this study,82 psychological scale questionnaires were distributed to tennis students in Tian Jin University of Sport.After receiving 79 valid questionnaires,the effective rate of the questionnaires was 96.34%.Through SPSS 26.0 after recycling effective questionnaire for data collection and analysis,the following conclusions:(1)the tennis students of Tian Jin University of Sport have high learning motivation,and the internal motivation higher than external motivation(2)There are differences in the motivation of tennis major students in Tianjin University of Sports in terms of gender,type of birthplace,grade,major,whether they are student leaders,and whether they have ever studied tennis.(3)Motivation and academic performance of tennis major students in Tianjin university of Sport present positive correlation,the stronger the motivation,the higher academic achievement;The weaker the motivation,the lower the academic performance.Based on the above research analysis,this paper will explain how to improve students' academic performance by increasing their learning motivation through both internal and external motivation,and propose targeted suggestions and countermeasures for this purpose. |
