For the sake of analyzing the characteristics of the deaf students attention, in order to explore the deaf students learning motivation, the relationship between attention and academic performance, the integrated use of literature, this study psychological test method, questionnaire method, etc., based on a large number of literature material, using YanHeng Chan attention test(2003) compiled by teenagers and east China normal university’s psychology department presided over weeks step into a revision of the learning motivation diagnostic test(MAAT) as a measuring tool, for a school for the deaf pupils 50 test, and use the SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis of data. Research conclusions are as follows:(1) as the grade rises, the deaf students attention gradually developed, has little to do with sex. Good listening level and poor students’ attention is better than hearing level of students in general. Father’s occupation affects the stability of deaf children.(2) the deaf students learning motivation in the third grade to sixth grade a downward trend, the study motive of students in grade three higher than any other grade, but no gender differences, no hearing level difference.(3) the learning motivation, concentration and two related in math, learning motivation, concentration is associated with two language result.(4) attention on learning motivation and the partial mediating effect between language result; Attention on learning motivation and partial mediating effect between a in math.
