Anyang Sanhuang Paoquan Inheritance And Technique Research

Sanhuangpaoquan is one of the martial arts routines formed by our working people in the process of conquering nature.According to the boxing manual,it originated from the late Yuan Dynasty and the early Ming Dynasty,and was founded by Zen master naluo.It has been handed down from generation to generation by martial arts masters such as Ma Yulong in the Qing Dynasty.Its speech inheritance pedigree is clear and well founded,and it was rated as a municipal intangible cultural heritage project in 2010.Like other folk cultures,sanhuangpaoquan is on the verge of being lost.In addition,inheriting and carrying forward sanhuangpaoquan can inherit the excellent national culture,promote the development of national fitness movement,and promote Wushu to go abroad and to the world.This paper takes the inheritance and techniques of Anyang Sanhuang gun boxing as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview and logical analysis to excavate and analyze it1.According to the records of Anyang martial arts,Sanhuang gun boxing,also known as Sanhuang gun hammer,is mainly distributed in lvcun and Xincun in the east of Anyang County,but the number of practitioners is small.This boxing has a long history,and its origin is difficult to determine.It is impossible to study when it was introduced into Anyang City,Henan Province.Sanhuang gun boxing takes "fighting bravely with thirteen guns" and "seventy-two style big section gun" as compulsory courses for martial arts practitioners.Its shooting technique is based on the suit of four foreigners.It is the watchman's gun of local Sanhuang gun boxing and a boxing technique combining attack and Qigong.2.Sanhuang gun boxing has external Zhuang Gong and internal Zhuang Gong.The unarmed routine has one to seven times.The instrument routine includes dajieguan gun,night fighting gun,brave fighting gun,solo spring and autumn sword,double sword dance,double sword dance,tiger head hook,meteor hammer,White Ape sword,Bagua sword,single sword dance,Yinfu sword,Liuhe Dao,Xingyi Lianhuan Dao and Sanhe Dao.Confrontational exercises mainly include three hand exercises,four hand exercises,palm picking exercises,and eight methods of double frustration.3.Sanhuangmen boxing theory originated from Yili,among which Shiwen is the most typical one,which is divided into Yijing,Erjin,Santi,Sicheng,Wudong,Liuling,Qikai,badui,jiukou and Shiwen.4.First,Ma Yulong and his apprentices Zhang Baoren,Zhang Jie and Zhang Yinghu,Zhang Wen and his apprentices Xie xuanai and Ma Shuxiang are teachers and apprentices;Second,Zhang Yinghu,Zhang Wen and Nan Taisheng are related by blood;Third,Zhang Wen and Lansheng,Jianguo,Zhang gaizhi,Zhang Niuzhi,Wang Ping,Fu Qing are geographically inherited.5.On the inheritance of Sanhuang gun boxing,there are mainly Zhang Baoren,Zhang Jie,Zhang Yinghu and Zhang Wen in Dongyang fanqian street of Beiguo township;The ancestor is Ma Yulong,Zhang Baoren is the first generation inheritor,Zhang Jie is the second generation inheritor,Zhang Yinghu is the third generation inheritor,and Zhang Wen,Xie xuanai and Ma Shuxiang are the fourth generation inheritors.Nantaisheng,the fifth generation successor of sanhuangpaoquan,was born in lvcunji,Anyang County,Henan Province,and was the nephew of Zhang Yinghu,the third generation successor;At the same time,he is a member of China Folk Artists Association,a folk performance artist of Henan Province,and the ninth generation of provincial war drum.He was once the vice president of Anyang Cultural Industry Association.There are four factors restricting the inheritance of Anyang Sanhuang gun boxing:(1)the change of social environment-the loss of living space.(2)The weak economic foundation restricts the continuous succession.(3)The embarrassment of inheritors hinders the good transmission.(4)The lack of reserve talents is on the verge of withering.In view of the constraints of the inheritance of Anyang Sanhuang gun boxing,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to promote its better inheritance:(1)create inheritance characteristics: skill exchange.(2)Strengthen the support of inheritance: government support.(3)Broaden the inheritance mode: take multiple measures simultaneously.(4)Optimize the way of inheritance: teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
