Moral education Competence(Development of Moral Education Competence)is the development of teachers' moral education Competence,which refers to the teachers' moral education Competence in the micro system of "social environment" in the school,such as subject curriculum,activity curriculum or recessive curriculum.That is,teachers use personal efforts and all knowledge,experience and personal prestige to grasp,guide and control all the factors that affect the development of students' ideological and moral character to make them towards the goal of moral education.On September 10,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly mentioned the word "building up people by virtue" in his important speech at the National Education Congress,and stressed : " it is necessary to integrate moral education,cultural knowledge education and social practice education into all aspects of basic education,vocational education and higher education,teaching system,teaching material system,management system should be designed around this goal,teachers should teach around this goal,students should learn around this goal.All practices that are not conducive to the achievement of this goal should be resolutely changed." It is necessary not only for teachers' daily moral character,but also for teachers' moral education Competence.Based on this demand,this study explores the development and influencing factors of teachers' moral education Competence from three aspects: teachers' moral education belief,teachers' moral education knowledge and teachers' moral education implementation Competence.This study used self-made moral education Competence development investigation tool to compile the teacher moral education Competence development scale from three dimensions: teachers' moral education belief,teachers' moral education knowledge and teachers' moral education implementation Competence.The scale has high reli Competence and validity.This study mainly takes the in-service teachers as the research object,takes the online distribution form,receives 269 replies,after excluding the invalid questionnaire,obtains the valid questionnaire 211,the effective rate is 78.43%.It is found that :(1)the moral education Competence of primary school teachers is weak in knowledge,high in practice and obvious in ladder type;(2)there are significant differences among primary school teachers in the three dimensions of moral education belief,moral education knowledge and moral education implementation Competence;(3)there are great differences in the development characteristics of novice teachers,proficient teachers and skilled teachers among primary school teachers;(4)the development of moral education Competence of primary school teachers is mainly related activities in the two stages of in-service and pre-service.Research suggestions: first,strengthen the Competence of moral education of in-service primary school teachers in daily teaching;secondly,often investigate and cultivate teachers' moral education Competence;once again improve the awareness of moral education of in-service primary school teachers,Stimulate teachers self-study moral education knowledge motivation;finally," skilled teachers " to promote " novice teachers ",strengthen familiar teachers psychological guidance and career counseling.
