The moral education work in school occupies very important position,For students,the best period for developing their good moral behavior habits is in junior school.In the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued"the outline of the middle school moral education",and after the decision of the reform of moral education and released the central committee of the communist party of China,the State Council on further strengthening and improving ideological and moral construction of minors several opinions.Moral learning is not only the need of human body,the need of individual quality of life,but also the need of the country and society.Education is the basic task of school education,the school is the main place for students to carry out moral education,moral education will infiltrate into all the process of school education.However,the current research on moral education infiltration in our country only stays in the subject moral education infiltration,and the research direction is relatively single.In the 1980s of the20thcentury,the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization issued an appeal to the world:to educate children to"learn to be a man"is attached great importance by the society,and moral education is facing new and severe challenges.Under this background,this paper focuses on a series of difficulties and problems faced by junior middle school teachers in moral education infiltration.This paper takes L middle school in H City as an example,through literature research,interview,questionnaire survey and personal education work experience through it to understand the current situation of moral education infiltration of junior middle school teachers.The first part of this study is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research purpose and research significance of this paper.The second part defines the relevant concepts.The third part,based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of teachers'moral education infiltration,concludes that the obstacles in the process of teachers'moral education infiltration:the moral education concept does not follow the requirements of the development of The Times;The teacher's moral education task is heavy;Teachers'professional level of moral education is uneven;Teachers have weak moral responsibility consciousness;The moral quality of teachers is weak and the role of example in moral education is not obvious.And sum up the reasons for the obstruction factors of teachers'moral education infiltration including external factors and root factors.Among them,the moral education ability of teachers is insufficient;There are few professional trainings about moral education.;The lack of the infiltration consciousness of moral education and the form of moral education evaluation are the root factors.This paper puts forward six effective countermeasures for teachers'infiltration of moral education:1.All junior middle school teachers should improve their moral education awareness and set up the educational concept of moral education as the first;2.Refine the responsibilities of moral education;3.To strengthen the learning of moral education theoretical knowledge,improve teachers'ability to educate;4.Capture the opportunity of moral education and attach importance to the guidance of example;5.Pay attention to teachers'moral evaluation and promote development by evaluation;6.Improve teachers'subjective initiative.Through this article research,hoping to improve the level of junior school teachers of moral education,improving teachers'own moral education infiltration consciousness so as to make moral education more deeply penetrated into every junior school teachers'daily work,also for the current and future in terms of the practice of teachers'moral education infiltration and exploration of moral education infiltration to provide a little help and some enlightenment.Finally I hope that it is beneficial to improve the students'moral level.
