In recent years,a series of related behavior anomie phenomenon of teacher career ethics,The Ministry of Education and related functional departments have paid great attention to the phenomenon of teachers' professional ethical behavior anomies and issued a series of normative documents on teachers' professional ethical behavior.However,the academic circle's attention to the professional ethics of teachers,especially the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,obviously lags behind the situation that the society and the government pay high attention to.In particular,how to evaluate the professional ethics of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools is a realistic problem that must be solved in the new era.It is not only related to the quality of basic PE teaching in China,but also related to the healthy growth of teenagers in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a scientific professional ethics evaluation system for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.This study takes middle school physical education teachers as the object of investigation,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,expert evaluation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,carries out the research and development work of ? The professional ethics assessment scale for middle school physical education teachers?,and verifies the rationality of the index structure system of the scale.This paper tries to provide a universal evaluation tool for the accurate evaluation of middle school PE teachers' professional ethics.The research is divided into three parts.In the first part,35 indicators were collected from CNKI and government-related websites,and the indicators were revised by semi-structured interviews.The 35 items were classified into 4 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators respectively.After that,the collected indicators were classified and modified through expert interviews,and 36 items were finally identified,which were classified into 4 dimensions.In the second part,based on the preliminary conception of scale dimensions,item analysis and factor analysis were carried out on the pre-survey data,and the items that did not meet the requirements were deleted.Finally,33 items were identified and 4 dimensions were classified,and the reliability and validity test was conducted on the formal scale.The third part of the middle school physical education teachers professional ethics dimension division of the verification factor analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:1?The structure of the scale consists of four dimensions: professional ethics cognition,professional ethics cognition,professional ethics emotion,professional ethics attitude and professional ethics behavior.There are 33 items in total.2?The scale has high reliability and validity,and its structure is reasonable.use ?The reliability coefficient method is used to measure the reliability of the scale,and the internal consistency of the scale is good;Each item has a strong correlation with its variable.Therefore,the reliability of the scale is good,which meets the reliability requirements of the scale.3?In this study,confirmatory factor analysis was used to establish the actual data fitting index of four factor structural model by using structural equation modeling method,which showed that each fitting index reached the ideal effect.In this study,PGFI and PNFI were 0.747 and 0.813,respectively,which were greater than 0.5,indicating that the scale model had a good fit.On the whole,it's easy to use ?2/df value,GFI value,RMR value,RMSEA value,NFI value,CFI value,TLI value,PNFI value,PGFI value as the judgment standard of model fitting degree,all reached the ideal level.Therefore,the scale established in this study has good reliability and validity,and it meets the requirements of psychology.It can be applied to the practical evaluation of PE Teachers' professional ethics in primary and secondary schools.
