Empathy refers to the state of psychological activity in which the empathy feels,imagines and infers the emotional situation of others and produces similar emotional experiences.It is necessary and feasible to apply the theory of "empathy" to Chinese reading teaching in senior high school under the trend of the integration and development of pedagogy and psychology.The purpose of empathy teaching in Chinese reading in senior high school is to guide students to transfer their reading experience,cognitive experience,emotion,imagination,thinking,aesthetic and other life activities into the interpretation and construction of the text.As a reading subject,high school students have strong self-consciousness,in the stage of rapid development of self-consciousness,self-identity contradiction is prominent,in the process of reading will deviate from the text context to interpret and construct the text with subjective imagination.And then lead to the wrong interpretation of the text.Applying the theory of empathy to the teaching of Chinese reading in senior high school can,on the one hand,guide students to temporarily abandon their subjective prejudice,enter the subjective world of others to feel their thoughts and feelings,and train their reading style of "going to the personal center ".Then improve the students' ability of text interpretation and construction.On the other hand,empathy teaching is also the product of promoting the construction of open,diverse and orderly Chinese reading classroom,which can make up for the deficiency of traditional reading mode,promote the effective generation of multiple dialogue in reading classroom,and provide a variety of text interpretation methods for reading classroom.In addition,the subject of Chinese has strong social situational and pro-social behavior.Improving empathy ability in reading teaching is of great benefit to enhance the ability of high school students to choose their views,perfect their sound personality,and help to construct a rich spiritual world.It can also effectively help students change from self-love to social empathy.In Chinese reading class,how to use empathy strategies to effectively guide students and characters,authors and text empathy,stimulate students' empathy emotion,improve students' empathy ability are all worthy of attention,discussion and commitment to solve the problem.
