China's banking began its drastic commercialization reform in the 1990 s,which ushered in the market competition pressure that had never been experienced by monopoly operation before.With the deepening of the reform and development of the market economy,the financial market is gradually opening up,and the problem of bank employees' job burnout has also been concerned.With the transformation of economic structure and the adjustment of external policies,the service focus of the bank is gradually sinking.Some bank employees work more than 10 hours a day,and the work of the bank is more special than that of the traditional service industry.It needs to face all kinds of customers in the society,and it also operates the national legal tender which is related to the financing of social resources.The work standard is high,even for the grass-roots operators making mistakes may also lead to loss,which has great social impact.In addition,bank employees need to face more and more pressure to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the same trade or business and the impact of intelligent machines on artificial labor.In the long run,high workload consumes energy and causes job burnout.In this paper,MBI burnout structure scale and semi-structured interview are used to survey the job burnout of the grassroots employees in bank A.The results show that bank employees have a medium level of job burnout.There are no significant differences in gender,length of service and education level,but significant differences in age and marital status.Then,based on the social support theory and cognitive behavior theory,the author designs the work plan of social work group according to the actual situation,and intervenes to alleviate the job burnout of commercial bank employees through the combination of education group,cross group and prevention group.There are four phases of group activities.Through the games of survival on a desert island,you draw me guess and so on,the team members can divergent thinking,seek social network support,gradually clearly identify irrational emotions,and know how to adjust their mood.Through the test before and after the activity,we can see that the team members' job burnout has been alleviated to a certain extent.The enterprise social work has played a certain role in intervening the bank employees' job burnout.The education group promotes it,the cross group plays a role of mentoring,and the prevention group as a daily education means that social work intervention implementation path has a certain feasibility.
