Online learning as the main way for college students to study at home under the epidemic,however,there are still problems such as insufficient interaction,excessive difficulty coefficient of course content,low quality of learning resources and inadequate learning support services in China,which leads to poor online learning results.At this point,it is the key to further improve the effect of online learning to study and analyze the learning disorder factors of college students’ online learning process.Based on the theory of triadic reciprocal determinism,the theory of transactional distance,the structure of mental phenomenon and the technology acceptance model 3,this study uses questionnaire method and interview method to investigate.First of all,based on the existing research,it is proposed that the learning disability factors in the process of online learning can be divided into interactive factors,environmental factors and learners’ own factors,among which the interaction factors mainly refer to the obstacles from the interaction between teachers and students and curriculum design,environmental factors mainly come from learning resources,platform,technology,time and support obstacles,while the learner’s own factors are mainly discussed from the learner’s psychological factors and ability factors.Secondly,the preliminary map of the online learning disability model is constructed by using the technology acceptance model 3,the data is collected and the hypothesis is verified by the questionnaire method,the questionnaire data is analyzed by SPSS24 software,and the initial model is evaluated by Amos26 software.Interview methods are used to investigate and analyze the causes of learning disabilities,and then put forward targeted suggestions for improvement.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The reliability and validity test results of the questionnaire show that the reliability of the prediction questionnaire is within the acceptable range,the reliability of the official questionnaire is reliable,the structural validity is effective,and it is suitable for factor analysis.(2)The descriptive statistical results of questionnaire data show that from the mean point of view,most college students think that online learning teacher-student interaction barrier is the biggest obstacle,followed by learning psychological barrier,of which the least obstacle factor is technical factor.(3)The main component analysis results of questionnaire data show that the most important learning disorders that affect the effect of online learning are the psychological barriers of learning,such as learning motivation,learning attitude and so on.(4)Through the correlation analysis of questionnaire data,the research hypothesis put forward by the structural model is verified.(5)The operation and fitting degree of the structural model are tested,and the maximum atom estimation of Amos26 software is analyzed,and the results show that the indexes of the model meet the requirements,indicating that the model is within the acceptable range,that is,the model has a certain rationality.(6)Using the interview method to explore the causes of online learning disabilities,most of the college students interviewed said that they have online learning teacherstudent interaction is less,the initiative is not high,and the learning environment is not good.The above-mentioned learning disability factors are due to the lack of interactive awareness of learners,learning motivation is not strong,low quality of learning resources and other reasons.(7)Combining the results of the interview,propose improvement strategies.From the interactive aspect,it cultivates learners to establish the ability of active interaction and improves the design and development level of curriculum resources,from the learner’s own aspect to improve the ability of online learners to learn independently,and from the environmental aspect to build a personalized online learning environment.
