Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to ideological and political work,and emphasized that Ideological and political work must be run through the entire process of education and teaching.Colleges and universities must take Marxist Theory as the educational policy,strengthen the construction of Ideological and political education,and cultivate Marxist theoretical talents.At present,the cultivation of Ideological and political education professionals and discipline construction cannot be ignored.We need to continuously improve the theoretical literacy and practical ability of postgraduates in Ideological and political education,strengthen the internal identity of the majors,and be a firm Marxist believer,communicators and practitioners.On the basis of Marxist theory of value,attribution theory,and self-efficacy,the purpose of this study is to define the connotation of the identity in the Ideological and political education majors.Based on the questionnaires and interview surveys of the postgraduates of the Ideological and political education majors,this paper analyzes the differences in graduate students' identity,and put forward the countermeasures to optimize the identity of postgraduates.Take the graduate students of Ideological and political education major as the survey object and make a differential analysis.First,on the whole,this study found that boys and girls have the same level of professional identity,but boys are slightly higher than girls.Secondly,the overall identity of undergraduates with master's degree is higher than that of interdisciplinary students.Thirdly,graduate students in the humanities and social sciences tend to realize value in the motivation to apply for examinations,while graduate students in the science and engineering majors tend to have personal interests.Finally,in terms of school span,graduate students with a flat span have a better overall sense of identity.At the same time,based on the results of this survey for further analysis,and it was found that the correlation between graduate application motivation and professional identity is significant;professional learning attitude and professional identity are significantly related;professional beliefs and professional identity are significantly related;and professional adaptation is weakly correlated with professional identity.According to the results of the survey,this study focuses on the analysis and exploration of graduate students' identity problems in ideological and political education.From the perspective of the subject,professional identity is a resonance of professional recognition,appreciation and emotions,as well as the endogenous motivation to use professional skills to solve practical problems,and enjoy the psychological satisfaction brought by the professional.The professional identity of graduate students in ideological and political education can be expressed as the initiative of the graduate students in professional learning,the conscious initiative of behavior,the attribute of emotion,and the stability of internal beliefs.This study believes that the reasons that affect professional identity are: the gap between graduate students' self-expectation and realistic condition,the quality of graduate education in Ideological and political education needs to be improved,the value of the profession itself is not the same,and the difference in social cognition of Ideological and political education.In order to strengthen the sense of identity of graduate students in Ideological and political education,form a core self-evaluation mechanism,optimize the academic training program of ideological and political education,and give personalized guidance to graduate students' academic ability,give play to the role of teachers,and strengthen social identification of Ideological and political education is an effective way to enhance the sense of identity of graduate students.
