Objective:In recent years,the problem of insufficient physical activity of children and adolescents has attracted great attention from the academic circle.From the previous studies,most of them focus on school sports,while ignoring the important influence of family on physical activity of children and adolescents.Therefore,combining previous research and the related theoretical basis,this study first,design the questionnaire and test the validity of the letter,and then understand the Shanghai junior middle school students the basic conditions of physical activity and family factors,to explore the family factors of junior middle school students in Shanghai physical activity has the remarkable influence factors,finally puts forward Suggestions to improve the family factors,promote physical activity in junior high school students.Methods:1145 junior high school students in Shanghai were investigated in this study.The Questionnaire on Physical Factors of Family Sports,Questionnaire on Behavioral Factors of Family Sports and Questionnaire on Psychological Factors of Family Sports were designed with the method of literature and interview.The questionnaire method was used to collect data and conduct mathematical statistics and analysis on the data.Results :(1)The internal consistency coefficients of the questionnaires used in this study were 0.847,0.928 and 0.944,respectively;The structural validity were 0.838,0.919 and 0.945,respectively.The convergence validity is greater than 0.5.The discriminant validity satisfies that the AVE square root value is larger than the correlation coefficient of each paired dimension.(2)The moderate-to-vigorous physical activity of junior middle school students in Shanghai was 57.710±36.874min/d.From different genders,different grades and different regions of Shanghai junior high school students moderate-to-vigorous physical activity analysis,boys are higher than girls,preschool class is higher than grade one,grade two,grade three,outside the outer ring is higher than inside the inner ring,between the inner and outer ring,the differences are significant.(3)Family socioeconomic status and family upbringing style have significant influence on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity of junior middle school students in Shanghai.(4)In terms of physical factors of family sports,family sports equipment and family sports space have significant influence on MVPA of junior middle school students in Shanghai.Among them,male and female students have gender differences in family sports equipment,and students from different regions have significant differences in family sports equipment and family sports space.(5)In terms of family sports behavior factors,family exemplar support,family economic support and family static behavior restriction all have significant influence on MVPA of junior middle school students in Shanghai.From the demographic point of view,different genders,grades and regions have significant differences in family example support and family static behavior restriction.(6)In terms of psychological factors of family sports,parents' expectation has a significant impact on MVPA of junior middle school students in Shanghai.Among them,male and female students have gender differences in parental expectations and parental attitude;There are significant differences in parental attitudes among students of different grades.Research conclusions :(1)The overall physical activity level of junior high school students in Shanghai needs to be further improved,and there is a certain gap with the amount recommended by the World Health Organization.Among them,the physical activity level of male students is higher than that of female students,the physical activity level of junior middle school students is higher than that of junior middle school students,junior middle school students and junior middle school students,and the physical activity level of outer ring is higher than that of inner ring and inner ring.(2)Family basic factors,namely family socioeconomic status and family upbringing style,can significantly affect the level of physical activity of junior high school students.(3)Sufficient family sports equipment and reasonable allocation of family sports space can significantly affect the level of physical activity of junior middle school students in Shanghai,and help to promote their independent participation in physical activities.(4)Family model support and economic support can positively influence the level of physical activity of junior high school students,and better cultivate the habit of junior high school students to participate in physical activity.Family static behavior restriction provides more possibilities for junior high school students to participate in physical activity.(5)Parents' expectations and attitudes towards participating in physical activities can affect the physical activity level of junior middle school students in Shanghai.
