As a popular education method,reward has been used in education for many years,and its positive effect has been well known.But is its negative effect as well known by people,especially the front-line class teachers,and reasonably avoid and solve it? Are they aware of the negative effects of rewards and use them carefully in practice? Or do you still think that rewards have only a positive effect and encourage and use rewards wantonly? Because of all kinds of doubts,the author mainly focuses on the investigation and Research on the educational reward behavior of junior middle school head teachers,in order to understand the current situation and find out the problems,and then put forward targeted and feasible countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of combing the relevant literature and doing a good job of research preparation,this study sent a questionnaire to a middle school in Nanchang and conducted an interview.It was found that the head teacher generally used the education method of reward,but after the analysis of the current situation,some problems were found: One is that the teacher in charge of a class has not been able to play the positive function of education reward,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the object of teacher in charge of a class is not wide enough,and does not pay attention to all students;the scope of teacher in charge of a class is not complete,and does not pay attention to the all-round development of students;the form of teacher in charge of a class is not consistent with what students like.The second is that the head teacher fails to realize the negative function of education reward,which is mainly reflected in: the head teacher does not realize the punitive nature of education reward;the head teacher does not realize the damage of education reward to interpersonal relationship;the head teacher does not realize that education reward will prevent students from taking risks.Then,the author puts forward suggestions from the following two aspects: optimizing the implementation strategy of education reward,giving full play to the positive function of education reward and stimulating students' intrinsic motivation,and sublating the negative function of education reward.First,we should not only improve the depth of theoretical cognition,enhance the rational consciousness of educational reward,but also optimize the operation strategy of educational reward to enhance the practical efficiency of educational reward: the implementation of reward should reflect fairness;reward should be given after the event as a surprise;the reward should be as similar as possible to the task;how to use reward to give people more choices;not to turn seeking reward into competition;more And give timely feedback.Second,We should adopt cooperative learning,let students learn together,pay attention to the content of the course,choose the knowledge that students should know,give students more choices,let students master the autonomy of the classroom.
