As a unique type of teacher,head teacher is the organizer and leader of a class,the leader and educator of students and families,the direct linker and communicator of students,parents and society,and the most important educator in schools to complete the training of students' abilities.The professional accomplishment level of junior middle school head teachers will directly determine the teaching quality of relevant schools.This research relies on twelve junior middle schools in W County as research samples,collects relevant data of junior middle school head teachers' professional accomplishment and work practice,relies on questionnaires and interviews to explore and analyze junior middle school head teachers' professional accomplishment promotion programs,hoping to enhance the junior middle school head teachers' professional accomplishment.Professional accomplishment contributes to a certain extent.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)From the macro-level analysis,W County junior middle school head teachers have relatively high professional literacy,especially moral literacy,and relatively low knowledge literacy,ability literacy and physical and mental literacy.(2)Based on data analysis,it can be found that gender has no significant impact on the four dimensions;teaching age,length of service as head teacher,educational background,subject,title and so on have no significant impact on moral quality and physical and mental quality,while the impact on knowledge literacy and ability literacy is relatively significant.(3)Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that there are the following problems in the professional accomplishment of junior middle school head teachers in W County: 1)lack of advanced professional concepts and knowledge;2)lack of professional skills;3)difficulty in obtaining effective training;4)lack of good evaluation mechanism;and in view of these four problems,this paper puts forward the following.Solutions: 1.Establish the concept of juniormiddle school head teacher professionalization;2.Provide a good platform for the development of junior middle school head teacher professionalization;3.Perfect the training system of junior middle school head teacher professionalization;4.Construct a scientific evaluation mechanism of junior middle school head teacher.
