For example: more students can be kept a better eye on;more teachers can gain the chance to learn how to make a head teacher. Further more, more teachers can be included to the school’s management team and the cohesion ofthe whole school will be enhanced. It is more in line with the junior high schoolstudents’physical and mental characteristics under nowadays’circumstances. It canalso level up the "full management and meticulous management".This thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter1describes the background, the significance, the research method, thenovelty and shortcomings of the model.Chapter2introduces the relative concepts and theories.Chapter3analyzes the drawbacks of the original class management model. Third, we should study on how to build the communication platform for the two head teachers. Fourth, how to evaluate them separately andcooperatively should be considered.
