The physical health problems of students have been troubling us for many years.The physical health of teenagers in China has been in a downward trend.The postponement of the school term and online teaching caused by the COVID-19 outbreak have made the physical health of students worse.At present,the state also attaches great importance to school sports and physical health problems.Students in school for a long time,and the school to receive the national legal physical education and health curriculum,so the school physical education is the main and important means to promote the physical health of young people.A good grasp of physical education is of great significance to the improvement of students’ physical health.It has been nearly 10 years since the beginning of sports specialized teaching in senior high school in 2012.Theoretically speaking,it already belongs to a relatively mature stage.Therefore,Fengxian Middle School of Fengxian District,Shanghai was selected for the test.Fengxian Middle School is one of the top schools in Fengxian District,which can reflect the best level of sports specialized teaching in senior high schools in some aspects.Through testing and analyzing the energy consumption of physical education class in fengxian middle school,fengxian district,Shanghai,in order to understand the energy consumption situation of students of different teaching parts,different teaching methods,different curriculum types,different speciality,different grades and different genders,so as to provide reference for further improving the teaching quality of special courses and improving students’ physical health.In this study,8 males and 8 females were selected from the special courses of Grade One and Grade Two in Fengxian Middle School,Fengxian District,Shanghai,and 16 students of different height,height,weight and thin were selected from eight special courses respectively,which could represent the average level of the class.There are 256 students in total,and each class will have two classes,one of which is a 60-minute comprehensive class and the other a 40-minute physical training class.There are 32 classes in total.In this paper,the "Actigraph GT3 X triaxial acceleration sensor" is used to record the energy consumption of students,and observe and record the activities of students in every class and every 10 s.The time that the teacher uses each teaching part and teaching method.And the energy consumption of students measured by the acceleration sensor corresponding to the analysis.The results showed that :(1)This semester was the first semester after the outbreak of the epidemic resumed teaching.During the epidemic period,students gained weight significantly and their BMI increased by 2% on average.(2)The average energy consumption of the preparation part was the highest,followed by the basic part,and the energy consumption of the end part was the lowest.The preparation part takes up a relatively reasonable 20% of the time in a class;the basic part takes up too much time(over 78% on average);the end part takes up too little time(only 2%).(3)The practice method used the most time,followed by the competition method,followed by the demonstration method,error correction method,and the organization method used the shortest time.And the energy consumption of the competition method is the largest,followed by the practice method,organization method,error correction method,demonstration and explanation method of energy consumption is extremely low.(4)The energy consumption of physical fitness class was higher than that of comprehensive class.(5)The energy consumption of basketball class is the largest,and that of aerobics class is the lowest.(6)The energy consumption of grade two is higher than that of grade one.(7)Male students consume more energy than female students Conclusion:1.During the epidemic period,the weight of students increased significantly and BMI increased slightly.The epidemic had a negative effect on the physical health of the students.2.From the perspective of the type of special courses,the energy consumption of physical fitness class is higher than that of comprehensive courses,which can improve students’ physical health.3.From the perspective of different teaching parts of the special course,the preparation part has the highest energy consumption and reasonable time.The energy consumption of the basic part does not reach the energy consumption of moderate intensity exercise,and the time is too long;the minimum energy consumption of the end part is too short and there is no stretching.The arrangement of teaching time and energy consumption is not reasonable.4.From the perspective of different teaching methods of special courses,practice method and game method consume the most energy and use the most time,followed by error correction method and error correction method,and explanation and demonstration method.Teachers use reasonable teaching methods.5.From the perspective of overall energy consumption,girls’ energy consumption is much lower than that of boys,and the energy consumption of senior one students is lower than that of senior two students.Basketball class has the largest energy consumption,while aerobics class has the smallest energy consumption.
