| Research purposes:High-intensity interval training HIIT,as a popular exercise and fitness method in recent years,has many outstanding advantages,such as high exercise intensity,relatively short exercise time,high trainability,and avoidance or alleviation of discomfort symptoms during the interval.In this study,a 12-week HIIT intervention was used to verify the health benefits of the personalized exercise prescription designed by the research group on college students,and to explore the impact of 12-week HIIT on college students’body composition and energy metabolism.Research objects and methods:In this study,recruited on campus,70 healthy non-physical college students of the Han were identified as experimental subjects,including 36 in the male group and 34 in the female group.To study the related changes of body composition and energy metabolism of college students before and after the intervention,as well as the scientific validity of personalized exercise prescriptions.First of all,before the intervention,the college students’body composition-related indicators,resting energy metabolism rate RMR and energy saving EE were measured,and the VO2maxof each subject before the intervention was measured through the incremental load test,so as to specifically determine each college student The intensity of exercise intervention.Then strictly implement the12-week training intervention according to the HIIT program.After the 12-week intervention,the corresponding indicators will be post-tested,and the data will be sorted and analyzed using Excel and SPSS21.0.Research result:(1)Body composition:After 12 weeks of HIIT intervention,the weight of the boys group decreased significantly(P<0.01),the weight of the girls group also decreased(P<0.05),and the body mass index BMI decreased significantly in the boys group(P<0.05)),the change of BMI in the female group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The lean body weight of the male and female groups increased,and the lean body weight of the lower limbs increased significantly(P<0.01).The body fat content and corresponding FAT%and sebum of the male and female groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01),the male group’s internal fat was reduced(P<0.05),while the female group’s internal fat did not change significantly(P>0.05).The bone mineral density T value and bone strength index of the male and female groups showed a certain downward trend,and the bone mineral density T value of the male group decreased significantly(P<0.01).The BMR(kcal/d)of the male and female groups both increased after intervention,but there was no difference before and after.The BMR(kcal/(kg·d))after body weight calibration was significant in both the male and female groups.Improve(P<0.01).(2)RMR:In terms of cardiopulmonary function in the resting state,after 12weeks of HIIT intervention,the resting HR of the male group was effectively reduced(P<0.05),and VO2was significantly increased(P<0.05).The oxygen uptake was significantly improved(P<0.01).The resting HR of the girl group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the relative oxygen uptake was significantly increased(P<0.01),and there was no significant change in VO2(P>0.05).In addition,in terms of resting energy expenditure and substrate metabolism,the RMR(kcal/(kg·min))of the male and female groups both showed a significant increase(P<0.01).Among them,sugar oxidation rate(mg/(kg·min))and energy output(cal/(kg·min))showed no difference in changes between male and female groups(P>0.05);from the perspective of lipid metabolism,boys The overall group showed a more significant improvement than the female group.The fat oxidation rate(mg/(kg·min))and energy output(cal/(kg·min))of the male group were significantly improved(P<0.01)),the percentage of fat energy supply increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the data changes of lipid metabolism before and after intervention in the female group(P>0.05).(3)EE:From the perspective of oxygen uptake(ml/(kg·min)),EE in the male and female groups has improved to a certain extent after intervention,but there is no difference in changes(P>0.05).Among other indicators of the EE test,HR was significantly reduced in the male group(P<0.01),and VO2 and VCO2 did not change significantly(P>0.05);although the female group had a decline in HR,there was no significant(P>0.05),while VO2 and VCO2 VCO2 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).In addition,analyzing EE from the perspective of energy metabolism(cal/(kg·min)),the female group had a significant increase in EE(P<0.01).Although the male group showed the same trend as the female group,the improvement in EE was not available Statistical significance(P>0.05).Research conclusion:After 12 weeks of HIIT empirical research,the HIIT exercise prescription designed in this project can produce good health benefits for college students,meet the daily physical exercise needs of college students,and improve their physical health.The specific performance of HIIT personalized exercise prescription on the health benefits of college students is as follows:(1)HIIT has a good optimization effect on the body composition of college students.It effectively reduces the weight,BMI and body fat of boys and girls,increases the overall muscle content to a certain extent,and improves the daily basic metabolism of college students.However,bone density showed a certain degree of decline after the intervention,especially in boys.(2)HIIT effectively improves the RMR of college students,thereby optimizing the balance of glucose and lipid metabolism,and promoting the improvement of fat oxidation rate and energy supply ratio.In addition,cardiopulmonary function at rest is improved accordingly,which is manifested as a decrease in resting HR and an increase in oxygen uptake.(3)HIIT has no obvious impact on EE of college students.From the perspective of oxygen uptake cost(ml/(kg·min)),although the 12-week HIIT intervention showed a trend of improvement in the EE of the male and female groups,it did not show a statistically corresponding saving phenomenon. |
