Nowadays,ethnic minority areas in our country,part of rural school scale is small,the teacher teachers strength weak,many music teachers due to the real conditions,sinking into the predicament of a variety of professional development,in this paper,the author adopts the method of qualitative research,through long-term field on-the-spot investigation,the town was nine,music teachers and relevant education workers tried to clear reappearance town was the teacher of inner true voice,describe the town was dilemma faced by ethnic minority areas music teachers,and aiming at these difficulties,combined with the actual situation of the town was,is to promote the town was music teacher professional development strategy,To promote the development of local primary and secondary school music education to provide some modest efforts.The introduction part of this paper is the research purpose,research review,research methods and key and difficult points of this research.The first part is a brief introduction to the natural environment,human environment,education development of Xiahe County and the story of the author's field.The second part analyzes the dilemma faced by the music teachers in Xiahe County based on interviews and interviews.n addition,the author chose a local music education in prestigious through the case study,the old teacher to confirm these findings and more comprehensive,more in-depth research,the author made full use of the advantages of case dynamic growth process,in case the object of study,and teaching and development present situation,on the basis of the above was added.The third part,based on the presentation and analysis of the above problems,puts forward the adjustment strategies of local primary and secondary school music teachers in the face of many difficulties from four aspects,and strives for better development of music teachers.
