After "the decision about the basic education reform and development" has been promulgated by the state council in may2001,requirement according to the principle in which the elementary school to the nearest,unior high school relative concentration and optimizing education resources allocation bring into reasonable planning and adjust the distribution of schools.Under this policy, a large number of rural schools were removed, the school structure were upgraded, education resources been restructured, students’ campus life environment been further improved and the rural education teaching level has improved.At the same time, as the school layout adjustment, causes the student study and life make a lot of changes than before.The students who come from the removal school discard of the familiar and friendly home school and now came to relatively unfamiliar community school,it means the associate frequency with the parents is lower, the communicate with the teacher become strange again, they also need to adapt to the new teacher’s teaching style, teaching habits, and in the face of complicated peer relations.These factors creates some more or less suffering and crisis for the students’ moral growth process after the layout adjusted.In this paper,by describing a case in which an ordinary rural pupil who experinced original environment fusion and the moral quality of the sound in front of the school layout adjustment and burding the alienation environment and moral growth crisis, to analyze the various factors influencing the students’ moral adjustment after the layout, which find the solution and urge the new fusion.According to the research description of moral integration objected to fracture and reasonable combination discontinuity education thought of Otto Fridrich Bollnow to correct understanding of the school layout adjustment with students continuity development and to make importance of this major life experience. Thus lead to parents, schools and society calling for attention to attach so highly importance to the impact of this change for students moral that strengthen the moral growth of humanistic concern for students.
