Non-profit organizations are listed as three social organizations,together with government organizations and enterprises,and take a pillar in the modern social organizations. With the development of the market economy and the transformation of government functions,non-profit organization in China is growing,and to accept the dual management of civil affairs departments and business departments.In recent years,the double management system weaks a bit,and many grassroots organizations,social groups across the registration of the high threshold,has obtained the corporate legal status.Although non-profit organizations can solve the problem of registration,still exist many other problems,including the strong dependence on government resources,lax management and so on.This article selects a non-profit organization of Nanjing-"Hand workshop for the disabled"as a case.The author,involving in organization activities deeply,through on-the-spot investigation form,from the organizational structure,personanel access,capital management,mode of operation,strategic planning and organizational internal and external interaction analyzes the agency’s operating condition,and on the basis of the research,discusses various difficulties that hinder institutions’ development.Finally,the author puts forward the growth strategy of the organization on its specific difficulties,in order to promote the sustainable development of institutions. |
