As the country attaches importance to education and the scale of education changes,how to more efficiently dig out information from scores that is conducive to education and teaching is a problem that each educator wants to solve.In the previous data mining methods for performance analysis,most of the them need additional information or prior knowledge,but these are not easy to obtain,and the index system is too cumbersome to collect data,so it is difficult to develop and apply.Based on this,this study will be carried out from the following aspects :First of all,use the classical measurement theory to analyze the test paper to explain the rationality of selecting this test for analysis.According to the schedule in the new curriculum standard,the questions are divided into four types: preliminary knowledge,function,geometry and algebra,probability and statistics.The researchers will calculate the scores of each type of knowledge,so that it can be used in mathematical performance analysis.What's more,the researcher uses the rough set attribute model to discretize the obtained data,establish an information system,attribute reduction,and calculate the importance of knowledge types,and obtain the degree of influence of each knowledge type on the mathematics performance of the whole class.Then the rough K-means clustering algorithm is used to modify the expression of the class center of the classical K-means clustering center through the calculation of the upper and lower approximation sets.The students are divided into different categories with intersection sets according to the grades.Through compared with the classical K-means clustering results,the advantages of the rough K-means clustering algorithm are obtained.At last,it is concluded that the application of the above models and algorithm can help teachers to grasp the general dynamics of the overall mathematics performance of the class,classify students' scores,and get the internal problems of students in each examination,so that teachers can teach effectively and help to improve students' mathematics performance.
