"Moral education activities" are an important way to improve the effectiveness of school moral education.Compared with the traditional preaching and indoctrinating methods of moral education,the content and form of "moral education activities" are richer and more in line with the needs of the moral development of students at different levels.Moral education activities are valued by people.Even though some high schools have carried out a wealth of moral education activities and conducted useful explorations,the development of moral education activities is not satisfactory and there are many problems.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problems in the implementation of moral education activities in ordinary high schools and improve the timeliness of school moral education work.This article mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The literature method is used to conduct a comprehensive search on the current status and theoretical results of the research on moral education activities in general high schools at home and abroad,and to understand the current research status and theories in the field at home and abroad.The questionnaire survey selects the students and teachers of the sample schools participating in the implementation of moral education activities.The questionnaire is designed from five dimensions of the implementation of moral education activities: goal setting,activity content,method and approach,condition guarantee,and effect evaluation.Next,312 student questionnaires will be issued,and teacher questionnaires112 copies of questionnaire data were collected and analyzed,and the current situation and effect feedback of the implementation of moral education activities in sample schools were comprehensively understood through the questionnaire survey method,as well as the problems existing in the implementation of moral education activities,and the opinions and suggestions of teachers and students on the implementation of moral education activities were solicited.Interviews with principals in charge of moral education,directors of moral education,staff of the Moral Education Department,and parent representatives,to fully understand the program content design,implementation methods,condition guarantees,activity evaluations,etc.of the moral education activities of the sample schools from the perspectives of designers,managers,and organizers The status quo and existing problems of management,teachers,students and parents at different levels provide solid data and research basis for this study.Taking the implementation of moral education activities of G high school in W County,Gansu Province of the sample school as the starting point,the basic situation and results of the implementation of moral education activities of the sample school are introduced.Based on the social action moral education model,social learning theory,and related theories of moral education in pedagogy,the problems in the implementation of moral education activities in sample schools are sorted out from the five dimensions of goal setting,activity content,methods,conditions,and effect evaluation.,The study found that there are problems in the implementation of sample school moral education activities such as unrealistic goal setting,poorly targeted content setting,unbalanced activity pathways,inadequate material guarantees,and imperfect evaluation methods.The subjective and objective aspects of the existing problems Analyze the causes of the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions: fully understand the importance of the concept of "active education",scientifically standardize the formulation of moral education activities,enrich the content of moral education activities,stimulate students' interest,broaden the channels of moral education activities,and increase the importance of moral education activities Material inputs and conditions are guaranteed to strengthen the evaluation of moral education activities.It has a strong reference and guidance for the development of moral education activities in sample schools,and hopes to have enlightenment and reference for the development of moral education activities in high schools.
