As is known to all, the National Rural Education Master’s Program has beensuccessfully carried out,which has made a great contribution to the development ofrural education in western China. However, everything never reachesperfection.Occupational maladjustment has caused damage to the progress of ruraleducation master major and brought about a serious outflow of rural high-qualityeducators over time.Therefore,applying the theoretic method of case study method,the author willhave a thick description of occupational adaptation process,which was experienced by afresh Chinese teacher majoring in rural education master from Kangle,Gansu,andanalyze the subjective factors that make him in trouble in the process,thus puttingforeword targeted suggestions to help him out. From author’s perspective,theabove-mentioned dilemmas caused by subjective factors should consist in the lack offeeling sticking to education, insufficiency of professional practice and aspiration,inadequacy of reading accumulation and life-sentiment,and incompleteness of timely,constant and effective reflection.As for them,the author think,the fresh teachers should improve from followingaspects: to make up for the inadequacy of social and vocational education, to be kind toloneliness, to read classics extensively to enrich life-sentiment,to stick to situationalreflection timely and effectively,and to be met with everything candidly. Only thisway,can the fresh teachers adjust themselves to the new life.
