Private Kindergarten New Teachers To Adapt To The Present Situation Investigation And Study

The induction stage is a critical period for the professional development of new teachers.It is a necessary stage for new teachers to adapt to their work.Whether new kindergarten teachers can smoothly complete the transition from students to teachers in this stage will not only affect their own growth and children's development,but also affect the quality of preschool education.In order to understand the problems and causes of new teachers' career adaptation in private kindergartens,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 100 new teachers in private kindergartens in Changchun,and interviewed 6 new teachers and 2kindergarten principals.The results show that the new teachers in private kindergartens have serious occupational adaptation problems,which are mainly manifested as lack of occupational identity,weak occupational ability,tension of interpersonal relationship,occupational psychological contradiction and maladjustment of kindergarten environment.The existence of the above problems,one is due to private kindergartens new teacher identity system is not sound;Second,it is difficult to guarantee the salary and treatment of new teachers in private kindergartens;Third,the new teachers of private kindergarten lack their own quality;Fourth,work intensity is high,private kindergarten new teachers too much pressure;Fifth,the system of private kindergarten is not perfect,and the development of new teachers lacks necessary support.In order to solve the above problems,the following strategies can be implemented:first,new teachers should have a positive willingness to teach and improve their professional quality;Second,kindergartens should provide new teachers with acomfortable working environment and targeted orientation training.Third,from the social aspect,improve the salary and treatment of new teachers in private kindergartens,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of new teachers in private kindergartens,and enhance the social status of new teachers in private kindergartens.The purpose of this study is to help the new teachers in private kindergartens at the stage of career adaptation to complete the role transition as soon as possible,meet the job requirements,and be fully competent for the work of preschool teachers.
