Nowadays,it is a common phenomenon for college students to fall in love.Emotional problems will inevitably occur in the process of falling in love.Take lovelorn as an example,this is also a normal phenomenon in the process of falling in love,however,at least 10% of college students show loss of confidence,anger,anxiety and depression due to their lack of resilience in the face of lovelorn difficulties,the serious ones even have the psychology or behavior of revenge,such as hurting themselves or hurting others.These emotions or behaviors seriously affect the healthy growth and development of college students,and are not conducive to the harmony and stability of the society.This research mainly aims at the university students who experienced the lovelorn as the research object,using the method of questionnaire,observation,interview and other methods to collect data,based on the dominant perspective,using individual narrative therapy,according to the service object after the lovelorn situation and the actual situation,draw up the corresponding social work specialized intervention service program,the whole practical research mainly includes needs assessment,establishment of professional relationship,narrative intervention,consolidation and strengthening,closure of the case,etc.,according to narrative therapy,the intervention stage externalizes the problem,seeks the unique result,reconstructs the life story,talks with the failure,reorganizes the member and so on.Before and after the intervention,the service objects were measured by c-risc,SAS and SDS,and the data were compared to test the service effect.First of all,there are two kinds of behaviors in college students' lovelorn predicament: introverted behavior and extroverted behavior.Implicit behavior mainly refers to psychological behavior,including loneliness,irritability,anxiety,depression and so on,this can include getting drunk,crying,having nightmares,or even hurting yourself or others.Second,there are many reasons for getting into trouble after a breakup,at the individual level,at the family and peer level,at school and in society.In this study,we found that lovelorn exists as a phenomenon or a cause,that is to say,if the service object is not lovelorn but encounters other similar life events,then the service object may also be in trouble,in-depth study found that the core impact mechanism is the level of resilience of the service object.In the process of practice,we try to change the current state of the service object by improving the resilience from the three dimensions of tenacity,strength and optimism,personalized service based on the specific situation and needs of the clients can effectively help the lovelorn college students to alleviate the anxiety and depression brought about by the lovelorn,and at the same time can enhance the resilience of the lovelorn college students,achieve the goal of helping others and helping oneself.
