Minor crime has become a growing concern today.According to the China statistical yearbook of nearly a decade of minors inmates in custody,even if the number of crime minors in China fluctuated decline overall,but still not optimistic,the annual report data up to more than 15000 each year.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the crime minors.When author in the role of the observer internship in a social work institutions found that face on minors,social workers have to do is to find a way to help them out of the present dilemma,and the improvement of resilience is indispensable.Hence the author research to improve related crime minors resilience use literature research and interview method.The longitudinal comparison in different periods of research idea and key point,horizontal comparison studies of resilience in recent years through consulting a large number of literature.To carry out the case work in the jail using interview method in accordance with the laws and regulations on social survey.Get the point through the conversation with egotism about physiology,attitude,peer groups,family,school,community,jail environment,life events,and interpersonal communication.In order to research plan of resilience intervention,this article selects three representative illegal crime minors.Use Psychoanalytic theory help for who live in the single parent families,use Narrative therapy help for who go out to work when he was nonage and make friends with bad social youth,use Advantage perspective help for who obvious has advantages.Summarized specific solution according to different types of crime minors through the research.Give care and spiritual comfort to them,to improve the correct distinguish things initiative,insight and positive attitude in adversity by digging their own flash,help them once again into the society.To sum up the experiences of the practice,in the meanwhile,provides the specific methods that can reference to social worker,further enhance the understanding of social work domain knowledge and thinking.
