This paper is a case study on the improvement of the resilience of rural poor adolescents from the perspective of superiority. The western region of China has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation under the impetus of the precise poverty alleviation policy, but now poverty not only represents the single-dimensional economic poverty, but also presents the dimensions of culture, health, ability and other dimensions of poverty,in which the growth of young people also face severe challenges. In order to ensure the healthy growth of this group, the government has issued relevant relief policies at the policy level, covering such areas as basic living, medical care, education and health security. The basic living needs of this group can be guaranteed, but mental health, interpersonal relationships, family status and other policy aspects are difficult to give detailed protection. How to make the youth groups in difficulties keep a good attitude to face the difficulties and solve the problems, correctly guide the youth to analyze their own internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats, and become the focus of academic attention, the theory of resilience has also been taken seriously. In this study, the adolescents in t village,Z township,Liangdang County,Longnan,Gansu Province, were selected as the target group, the majority of young people have a good level of resilience, and those with a moderate level of resilience account for a small proportion, and there is much room for improvement.Second,in order to better understand the main factors affecting resilience, the author ranks the scores of resilience, interviews high-and low-level adolescents, and finds that the level of resilience is related to personality, education style, family expectation, age and so on,but it's the family finances that have the most impact. Therefore, the author chose the teenagers with the lowest scores as the case owners to carry out practical intervention. In the early stage,we mainly used observation and semi-structured interview to collect data, and used adolescent resilience scale to analyze the status of resilience of the clients, and evaluated the clients from the perspective of superiority,in this paper, the influence factors of stress resistance are divided into internal protective factors and external risk factors. In the process of implementation,it is divided into five aspects: self-identity,family support, ability promotion, interpersonal communication and social support. The findings suggest that resilience is a capacity, not a state, and that young people with low levels of resilience can be taught. The advantage perspective is better than the problem perspective when it is involved in the improvement of resilience. The problem of "labeling" in teenagers' behavior habits is only a part of their lives, the key point is to guide the case owner to change the status quo by giving full play to his own advantages and potential on the basis of understanding and analyzing the problems, and to make the case owner fully affirm his ability to change the status quo through practical intervention. To sum up,the improvement of young people's resilience can not be achieved by a single change of the main body, and it requires an all-round link of superior resources to build a long-term social support network for the main case, can more effectively enhance the resilience of young people and promote their healthy growth.
