Urban poverty in China is very severe,The causes are also more complex than rural poverty,Among the many factors leading to poverty,The proportion of poverty and return to poverty due to illness exceeds40%,Become a difficulty in poverty alleviation;Studies have shown that the status of poverty and their unsound social support network exist linked,Different poor families have differences in the government,communities,relatives,neighbors and other social support,Social work in both origin and development is closely linked to poor families,Social workers should also actively intervene,Strive to help poor families build a sound social support network,Use professional methods to help poor families find a suitable path out of poverty.This paper is guided by social support theory and advantage perspective theory,On the basis of combing out the relevant literature,Z families in the community as sample families,Using case social work research methods to the basic family situation,Economic conditions,In-depth understanding of social exchanges and other aspects,Through analysis,the family focuses on single economic source,insufficient social communication and less harmonious family relationship,And to evaluate the needs of the main family and the status of the social support network,The overall goal of the intervention program is to eliminate the inferiority of the main cause of the case,To ease the current survival crisis of the family,Help to restore their normal social activities,Build a sound social support network,Spark the potential of the service objects;After implementing the case service to the case family: First,The original social support of poor families was mainly of material assistance,Lack of emotional support,Case social work intervention can well solve this problem;Second,Social work has advantages in the governance of urban poverty,To address the needs of the owners and family members,It is of great significance to encourage them to recognize their own advantages and play their dynamic role;Third,From the results,The stress of life in the poor family is temporarily relieved,Improved the partial anxiety and inferiority,Enhancing the confidence in the future,Helping them solve the problem by linking to external resources,The plan has achieved some results.After the intervention activities,several suggestions were made on how to improve the social support network: First,government departments must strengthen assurance,publicity and supervision,social workers should continue to stay close to the community and strengthen cooperation with government departments;Third,the community should strengthen education and training of poor family members to help them learn new labor skills;Fourth,help clients to discover their advantages and strengthen contacts with relatives,friends and neighbors.After case service,the overall situation of poor families has improved,achieved positive results,but this study still has some deficiencies: one is the intervention skills bad led to slow practice,second is not fully meet the needs of poor family members,link resources are limited,third is only the case intervention research,lack of group intervention,this is to be improved.Social workers usually play the role of communicator,supporters,guides,resource provider in anti-poverty activities.Social work intervention in the research of social support network for urban poor families can not only help alleviate the current situation of poverty,but also promote the development of social work major.
