Autism,as a developmental disorder, generally appears in early childhood.Globally, the prevalence of autism is on the rise. However the treatment programs for autistic children have not achieved significant results.By visiting special education schools and families of autistic children, the author found that the existing social resources for rehabilitation treatment of autistic children are relatively limited, and the possibility of recovery of autistic children is not high.As the basic unit of society, good family environment plays a key role in the recovery and growth of autistic children. However,at the present stage, the emergence of autistic children often causes a huge impact on the whole family system, many families are often overwhelmed and separated, which is inevitably not conducive to the growth and recovery of autistic children. This study takes the families of autistic children as the research object and sets out to improve the resilience of the families of autistic children.Combined with ecosystem theory and Walsh family art process mode, constructed the family practice intervention framework for family relience improment.Based on this, social workers started to improve the resilience of families of autistic children from three modules: family belief system, family structure and family social support network, and then alleviated all kinds of difficulties and pressures. After the social work practice intervention, the family resilience of autistic children was evaluated. The evaluation shows that the practical intervention framework of family resilience based on the ecosystem theory and the Walsh family resilience model can effectively improve the family resilience of autistic children, stimulate the internal vitality of the family, and promote the positive and sustainable development of the family.
