As one of the important components of teacher knowledge,teachers' practical knowledge can not only guide teachers' education and teaching practice,but also improve teachers' teaching level.As an outstanding group of teachers in rural primary schools,the backbone teachers of rural primary schools have high classroom teaching ability and practical knowledge level,and play a certain leading and exemplary role for other rural primary school teachers.Therefore,this research mainly presents how the practical knowledge of rural primary school teachers develops,and summarizes the common characteristics in their development,so as to provide certain reference and enlightenment for the development of practical knowledge of other rural primary school teachers,so as to improve the overall quality of the teaching staff of rural primary schools.Based on the purpose of the above research and the characteristics of teachers' practical knowledge,this research adopts the method of narrative research and selects three provincial-level "the backbone rural teachers" from Z Primary School in Yuzhong County as the research objects,and integrates them into their daily lives.In the life and education and teaching work,the materials related to teachers' practical knowledge are collected through specific methods such as interviews,observations,and physical analysis.A dynamic description of the development process of the practical knowledge of the three backbone rural teachers reveals that each teacher presents a different development process due to his different work experience,teaching experience and way of thinking.Among them,the teacher's practical knowledge of teacher W has experienced a process of development from tortuous to gradually thick;the teacher's practical knowledge of teacher has realized the change from less to more and then the phenomenon of stopping development;teacher Q is continuing accumulated in the exploration,the practical knowledge of teachers is increasing.Combining the specific content of the research,explore the common characteristics in the development of the practical knowledge of the three backbone teachers from rural primary school,including:a high degree of emotional responsibility nurtures teachers' practical knowledge,effective classroom teaching accumulates teacher's practical knowledge,and active self-study stabilize teachers' practical knowledge,active exchanges and cooperation temper teachers' practical knowledge,and in-depth teaching reflection internalizes teachers' practical knowledge.Based on the above analysis,according to the development process and common characteristics of the practical knowledge of the three backbone teachers from rural primary school,this research attempts to put forward several enlightenments for the development of the practical knowledge of rural primary school teachers: cultivate emotional responsibility,condense subject consciousness;innovate teaching mode,To refine practical experience;update learning concepts,broaden the knowledge space;build inquiry cooperation and share practical wisdom;improve reflection awareness and optimize knowledge structure.
