Key teachers in primary schools are a part of elementary teachers, who own deep-setprofessional knowledge, higher theory level and better capacity in schooling and teaching inprimary school. They excel in working, which are admitted by all levels of administrativedepartment for education. These teachers guide and demonstrate teaching in daily practice ofeducation for others. In teaching, they make full use of educational knowledge, and what'smore, they can generate new educational knowledge continually. This article mainlyresearches into these questions such as how their educational knowledge was generated andapplied, and what tactic we should take to hasten teachers' educational knowledge generationin order that some new and general teachers grow into key teachers.Educational knowledge is possessed by teachers, and affects their viewpoint andperformance of education. The knowledge determines teachers' teaching efficiency andmakes prominent influence upon pupil's development of body and mind. There are fourtypes of knowledge in elementary teachers, which are as following: rational knowledge,tactic knowledge, potential knowledge and creative knowledge. The knowledge's featuresare integration, flexibility, absorption, keeping silence and development.Key teachers' educational knowledge comes into being by going through the complexand long process in elementary teachers. Firstly, normal school students learn and absorbeducational theory, acquaint themselves with excellent teachers and imitate their activesduring the time of learning before working. Secondly, they gradually reflect their teachingactives and conceive educational knowledge by solving and considering the problem ofeducation and teaching, viewing and emulating the case of excellent lesson, taking part inteaching and research activities after work. This period of time becomes main moment ofteachers' making educational knowledge.There are reasons for affecting teachers' educational knowledge generation. The reasonsconsist of interior and exterior factors. One side, teacher's personal education faith, capacityof reflection and cognition, personality character belong to interior factor;on the other hand,the exterior includes society, school and culture. We should consider these factors whenmaking policies with intention of accelerating teachers' educational knowledge generation.Accordingly, we shall take into account two aspects. One is that we must emphasize thecultivation of new teachers for them to establish firm foundation. New teachers should buildup rational educational faith, study and master educational basic theories and methods;graspnecessary skills and techniques for teaching. The other is that we should strengthen teachers'continuing education and construct cooperative and favorable culture for teachers. Thus, thatright and logical evaluating mechanism aiming at teachers comes into being. And weintensify teaching and research oriental schools and enhance teachers' professional growth.
