Teaching self-confidence is an invisible and valuable resource in teachers' teaching activities.It can not only enhance the effectiveness of teaching and improve the teaching effect,but also become the excellent psychological quality which is necessary for teachers to complete teaching activities successfully.Therefore,paying attention to teachers' teaching self-confidence can enrich and deepen the theory of teacher's professional development and lay a foundation for teachers to carry out effective teaching activities.As the backbone of rural primary,the backbone teachers in rural primary schools play a key role in the healthy growth of students,the training of young teachers and the rapid development of schools,the development of teaching self-confidence is an exploration space with great value and significance,which has revelatory significance to the formation of rural teachers' teaching self-confidence.Teaching self-confidence means that teachers believe that they are capable of successfully completing teaching activities,and actively adjust teaching content and teaching methods in teaching activities to mobilize students' initiative in learning,so as to achieve the maximum teaching effect of positive psychological expectations.Its complexity is the unity of the internal mentality and external of teachers in teaching,and it requires researchers to go deep into the real teaching situation to explore.Therefore,this research adopts a narrative research method,selects three primary school teachers who have been awarded the honor title of provincial "backbone rural teacher" in H primary school of P district as research objects,and goes deep into their teaching and daily life.By collecting data related to teachers' teaching self-confidence through formal interview and informal interview,participatory observation and object analysis,the dynamic process and performance of the development of teaching self-confidence of three key teachers in rural primary schools are deeply understood,on this basis,the common characteristics of the three teachers' teaching self-confidence can be summarized as the following five aspects: High Professional Identity Cultivation Teaching selfconfidence;active sense of development solid teaching self-confidence;good habits of reflection to strengthen teaching self-confidence;other people's evaluation and approval to promote teaching self-confidence;positive emotional state of mind moisten teaching self-confidence.and excavates behind its story to contain the teaching consciousness idea.Based on the analysis of narrative,this study relies on the concept of conscious growth and the theory of self-efficacy,and attempted to put forward some enlightenments: establishing a professional adherence based on identity;seeking consciousness driven by drive Grow;Pursuing self-examination and self-examination;Promoting a rational review based on tolerance;Cultivating active adaptation with a posture of acceptance.
