Research On Family-based Sports Environment Affecting Physical Training On Primary School Students

Whether students' physical health can be effectively guaranteed is a key concern of the whole society.This study starts from three aspects of students,parents and families to find out the correlation between family sports environment and pupils' physical exercise behavior,so as to provide theoretical basis for actively promoting pupils' participation in physical exercise.In this paper,primary school students of grade 4-5 and their parents in five primary schools in Huai 'an City were taken as the objects of investigation,and relevant data of independent variables and dependent variables were obtained by questionnaire method,interview method and mathematical statistics method.In this paper,the frequency,duration and intensity of physical exercise in the dependent variables were taken as the measurement indexes.This paper analyzes the physical exercise behavior of students from grade 4 to grade 5 in Huai 'an and their family physical environment,and explains the correlation between them.The conclusions are as follows:1.Parents' participation in physical exercise is highly correlated with primary school students' participation in physical exercise.Parents lead pupils to participate in physical exercise is helpful to help pupils produce a positive idea of physical exercise.2.The more knowledge the parents have in the field of sports,the more likely the pupils are to take an active part in physical exercise.3.Parents' consumption in sports related fields has a positive prediction effect on whether pupils can produce active and effective physical exercise behavior.Suggestion: parents pay attention to increase the physical exercise in family environment,community,school,strengthen publicity concept,with the development of the sports community ascend elementary school students parents to sports activities and competition content in the field of emphasis,schools encourage parents use directly and indirectly involved in a variety of ways with elementary students take an active part in physical exercise,improve the elementary student sports participation frequency.The school called on parents to take the initiative to cooperate with the school to carry out physical exercise behavior,actively organize the corresponding family physical exercise behavior,and lead the pupil to participate together.Schools and communities mobilize parents to make reasonable use of knowledge in the field of sports,popularize teaching for primary school students from the theoretical level,enhance primary school students' interest in knowledge of sports types,and make reasonable use of parents' identity authority and knowledge breadth to help primary school students develop a positive concept of sports.
