| In recent years,the physical decline of middle school students is becoming more and more serious,more and more students appear a series of problems such as obesity,myopia,so the physical exercise behavior of middle school students has aroused wide attention of the family,school,and the society.Family education is the basis of all education,and family physical education,as an important part of family education,is of great significance to the physical health and psychological development of middle school students.In the family,parents' sports behavior,consciousness and family sports facilities all affect the physical exercise of middle school students in their spare time.At present,the research on family sports and physical exercise behaviors is limited to the influence of family background and family sports atmosphere on physical exercise behavior.This study explores the relationship between family sports environment and middle school students' physical exercise behavior and its influence mechanism from three aspects: family sports behavior environment,family sports physical environment and family sports psychological environment.Taking 600 students and their parents of Grade 7,Grade 8,Grade 10,Grade 11 of YunShiDa affiliated middle school,the affiliated high school of kunming teachers college,five of the affiliated high school of China,WuHua experimental middle school kunming institute of foreign languages,Anning Shi Jiang school as the investigation object,mainly using the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,studying family sports environment and physical exercise behavior of middle school students in kunming,family environment and physical exercise behavior of related research through correlation and regression analysis of the three dimensions of family sports environment and physical exercise behavior.Conclusions are as following.(1)The family sports environment of middle school students in kunming has great individual differences.There are significant differences in the family sports behavior environment of different grades.The worst family sports environment is Grade 11.There were significant differences in the physical environment of sports among families with different monthly incomes.The family sports physicalenvironment of high income family is better than middle and low income family.The overall score of family sports psychological environment is above the average level,but the individual difference is also relatively large.The expectations of parents of middle school students on students' participating physical exercise are significantly different.(2)Most middle school students in kunming participate in physical exercise,but only a small number of students insist on participating in exercise,indicating that the awareness of physical exercise of middle school students needs to be strengthened.Through the analysis of the amount of physical exercise of middle school students in kunming,the number of participants in low exercise is basically equal to medium and high exercise.There are significant differences in physical exercise participation among different grades,and Grade 11 is the lowest level among the four grades.(3)The implicit physical exercise behavior of middle school students in kunming has a large individual difference.They have a high cognition for physical exercise's value,but their behavior attitude and behavior control scores are poor.In the comparison of different grades,there is a significant difference in the implicit physical exercise behavior,and the students in the Grade 11 were the worst.(4)There is a significant correlation between the family sports behavior environment,family sports physical environment,family sports psychological environment and physical exercise behavior of middle school students in kunming,and the correlation degree is different.(5)There is a linear relationship between the three dimensions of family sports environment and physical exercise behavior of middle school students in kunming,and the establishment of the equation is of statistical significance.We can forecast the situation of physical exercise behavior of middle school students through family sports environment.In terms of the influence of the three dimensions of family sports environment on middle school students' physical exercise behavior,the family sports behavior environment has the largest influence,followed by the family sports psychological environment,and then the family sports physical environment. |
