"Fuzi Youqin":Research On The Relationship Interaction And Inherited Innovation Mechanism

With environmental changes becoming more and more unpredictable,organizational innovation has gradually become the main driving force to promote the sustainable growth of enterprises.At the same time,the process of generating innovative results cannot be separated from the inheritance and utilization of core knowledge in the organization.From the perspective of the inheritance and innovation practice of Chinese traditional skills,as a traditional virtue,the relationship rule of "Fuzi Youqin" generally exists in daily communication.The inter-generational members maintain the relationship mode by inheriting and following the "Fuzi Youqin",which is not only conducive to stimulating the common emotional state in the bosom of human relations,but also can guarantee the transfer of the tacit knowledge of "daily use but not knowing",so as to promote the knowledge inheritance in the reasonable sense.Furthermore,on the basis of knowledge inheritance,inter-generational members drive the process of new ideas from generation to value creation through relationship interaction,thereby stimulating "unexpected" creative activities.Therefore,this paper explores the inherited innovation mechanism in Chinese traditional skills from the perspective of the relationship interaction based on “Fuzi Youqin”.This article uses qualitative research methods and selects the traditional brewing techniques of Fenjiu to make a preliminary analysis.In this process,the first-hand data of Fenjiu Group was collected through interviews method.On this basis,the rich variety and complete system of traditional skills in "A Thousand Cities and Hundred Craftsmen" were taken as supplementary research objects for in-depth analysis.And secondary data were obtained from the transcriptional documentary.Moreover,this paper introduces the "narrative method" to collate and analyze the data.First of all,through the analysis of the complete story line to identify the daily behavior and connotation of complying with the rule of "Fuzi Youqin",and refine the stages and processes of knowledge inheritance and organizational innovation.Then,according to the connections between concepts,the theoretical framework is constructed to explore the internal principles of the inherited innovation mechanism shaped by relationship interaction on the basis of "Fuzi Youqin".The study found that,first of all,the behavior under the rule of “Fuzi Youqin” includes two aspects: “ Fuci Zixiao ” and “ Fuyan Zishun ”.These two daily behaviors based on relationship maintenance promote the process of knowledge inheritance in the organization.The first point is that "Fuci Zixiao" promotes the inheritance of knowledge by inducing positive emotional resonance.Among them,the behavior of "Fu Ci" stimulates the willingness of the children to inherit knowledge.And the behavior of "Zi Xiao" strengthens the father's willingness to impart knowledge.The second point is that "Fuyan Zishun" naturally drives knowledge transfer through interpersonal interaction.Among them,the behavior of "Fu Yan" guarantees the effect of knowledge transfer from the parents,and the behavior of "Zi Shun" promotes the knowledge absorption of the children.The third point is that the inheritance willingness of inter-generational members is conducive to promoting the transfer of knowledge.Secondly,inter-generational members adapt to the change of identity from children to parents,and realize the process of knowledge inheritance to imparting through relationship interaction in the reasonable sense.In addition,relationship interaction promotes the "unexpected" knowledge update process by promoting the generation,acceptance,and creative transformation of new ideas.Finally,each generation of members will constantly update the knowledge content of traditional skills while inheriting knowledge.The technology innovation that keeps pace with the times is conducive to ensuring the inheritance of traditional skills from generation to generation,thus shaping the inherited innovation mechanism of Chinese traditional skills.
