High school physical education and health curriculum is an indispensable way to implement quality-oriented education and cultivate all-round talents with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.At the beginning of 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which clearly proposed to implement the fundamental task of cultivating students by virtue and developing students’ core qualities,which undoubtedly put forward higher requirements for the physical education teaching of ordinary senior high schools.High school PE teachers,as implementors of PE and health curriculum,understand the spirit of the 2017 curriculum standard and implement the curriculum content.How to implement PE and health curriculum according to the standard is an important link of curriculum reform.Therefore,it is necessary and timely to study the curriculum implementation,and we choose to study the curriculum implementation from the perspective of the curriculum implementation scale for high school PE teachers.Based on the 2017 edition of curriculum standards,this study adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and draws on the existing theoretical research on curriculum implementation evaluation to compile the curriculum implementation scale for high school physical education teachers,which is a beneficial exploration to the research field of curriculum implementation degree for high school physical education teachers in China.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test,we obtained the Scale of Concern Stage,Scale of Implementation Level and Scale of Innovation Level.The stage of attention scale is divided into 5 stages with 20 questions in total.Implementation level scale is divided into 8 levels,a total of 31 questions;The innovation level scale consists of 7 components and 22 questions in total.(2)In the selection of 11 cities in Shanxi Province,through the questionnaire survey of high school physical education teachers in Shanxi Province,we know that the implementation of the new curriculum of high school physical education teachers is not ideal.In the attention stage,the attention intensity of high school physical education teachers was the highest in the consciousness stage,the highest in the consciousness stage,and the lowest in the consequence/cooperation stage.In the implementation level,the highest intensity of the implementation level of high school physical education teachers is the positioning level.Overall,there is little difference in the implementation level of high school physical education teachers,among which the high school physical education teachers who do not implement the new curriculum account for the largest proportion.At the level of innovation,high school PE teachers take the largest proportion in teaching behavior when implementing the new curriculum.And the high school physical education teachers with different demographic characteristics have different influences on attention stage,implementation level and innovation level.(3)The factors that affect the implementation of the new curriculum for high school PE teachers are mainly manifested in three aspects: curriculum resources,the attitude and ability of PE teachers,and the teaching evaluation mechanism.Further intervention can be carried out in the following aspects:making curriculum implementation plan,rationally developing and utilizing curriculum resources,promoting the professional development of high school physical education teachers,evaluating the progress of physical education teacher reform and providing continuous help.
