Based on the existing literature and relevant research results at home and abroad,this study studies the current situation of school-based curriculum development ability of ordinary high school teachers' class meeting.This paper further finds out the restrictive factors that restrict the improvement of school-based curriculum development ability of ordinary high school teachers' class meeting.The paper uses questionnaire method and interview method to carry out empirical investigation,mainly questionnaire survey,supplemented by interview.Through the questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of teachers' school-based curriculum development ability,including teachers' understanding of the connotation and importance of class-based curriculum development ability,and teachers' concrete evaluation of their own class-based curriculum development ability.Through the treatment of the investigation results,this study mainly draws the following conclusions: the implementation of the class meeting curriculum has not been popularized throughout the country,and its relevant practical experience still needs to be supplemented and improved.There are some common problems in the process of curriculum implementation of class meeting.The first is that there is a deviation between teachers' understanding and practical operation,and schools and teachers pay less attention to the implementation of class meeting curriculum;the second is that the overall curriculum implementation ability of class teachers is weak;the third is that the existing class meeting curriculum system is not perfect and the implementation is insufficient;the fourth is the lack of perfect class meeting curriculum implementation management system and reasonable evaluation mechanism.Based on the conclusion of the investigation,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures for the implementation of the class meeting curriculum :Firstly,pay attention to the construction of class meeting management organization and improve the management system of class meeting implementation;Secondly,strengthen teachers' awareness of self-development and improve teachers' ability of implementing class meeting curriculum:(1)actively play the management and deployment function of school organization;(2)strengthen teachers' individual awareness of self-development;(3)improve teachers' skills of implementing class meeting curriculum;Thirdly,improve the class meeting curriculum system,standardize the implementation of class meeting curriculum.
