The Party and the state require that contemporary education must take "cultivating people by virtue" as the ultimate goal.The moral education work of the school is the core link running through the students ' whole learning career.Among them,the ideological and political course is an important course running through the students ' whole career of education,and it is the forefront of moral education.The course "Ethics and Rule of Law" in primary school is the first special moral education course that students have contact with,from small to polite language to national feelings,which is an important way for students to develop a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.In order to truly cultivate people by virtue,we must pay close attention to the platform of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in primary school.Teachers need to make continuous efforts in various teaching links to encourage students to establish ideals and establish clear moral value orientation.In order to achieve this goal,the classroom teaching of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in primary schools is facing great challenges.This study discusses,on the basis of learning and absorbing the existing research strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the Ethics and Legal courses,the practical problems and corresponding strategies by combining with the past two years of teaching experience and various research methods.The effectiveness of the classroom teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law"in primary schools is to maximize the various characteristics of the "Ethics and Rule of Law" curriculum in primary schools,and realize the ideal teaching goal of cultivating students with good civic moral quality.Under the current educational situation,there is a certain gap between the new curriculum reform and the requirements of the curriculum of "morality and the rule of law" and the specific teaching practice.The study is divided into four chapters.Chapter I starts with the background and research significance and analyzes the domestic and foreign research ideas and methods of this paper.Chapter second chapter explains the basic theory of classroom teaching effectiveness of Ethics and Rule of Law,including the definition of the concept of classroom teaching effectiveness,the definition of classroom effectiveness of Ethics and Rule of Law,and the judgment standard of the classroom teaching effectiveness of Ethics and Rule of Law in primary schools.Through the form of classroom observation records,interviews and questionnaires,some problems in the effectiveness of classroom teaching in Ethics and Rule of Law in primary schools are investigated and analyzed.Chapter III studies and analyzes the effectiveness of classroom teaching in Ethics and Rule of Law in primary schools.The current primary school"moral and rule of law" curriculum received the greater attention and attention under the requirements of the new curriculum reform,but the teachers ' quality is uneven,teachers professional,internal age gap between teachers,teachers backward,teaching design perfunctory,teaching method,schools and students to primary school " moral and rule of law is unsatisfactory classroom teaching effect,become the main problem affecting the effectiveness of classroom teaching.In view of the current situation of classroom effectiveness of Ethics and Rule of Law in the above teaching practice,Chapter IV of the study summed up the specific strategies to ensure the effectiveness of Ethics and Rule of Law classroom teaching from the subjective aspects of teachers,students,schools,and all links of teaching.
