Education technology is to use hardware facilities to promote teaching,but this is not the only,it also can be related to the teaching process and teaching resources design,the development is helpful to the teaching resources and apply to the actual teaching,the teaching evaluation.Now the development of information science and technology,education into 2.0,advocated under the environment of informatization in our country,teachers' teaching ways,teaching resources,etc,must carry on the reform,it is a big challenge for teachers.Therefore,the researchers will study the curriculum of morality and the rule of law in elementary schools in the context of informatization,as a new teaching resource.Purpose of this study design picture books resources "morality and the rule of law' in elementary school teaching way and shall be inspected in second grade results.Researchers through literature and visit a school study found that first phase problems of "morality and the rule of law" courses,mainly include:teachers' traditional single two kinds of teaching methods and teaching resources,as a result,the researchers in visiting the school selection has the typical characteristics of yinchuan a school second grade students in practice.The research methods used in this study are action research,literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey.The researchers looked up the information about picture books and ideological and moral teaching and analyzed them.According to the ADDIE model design teaching design,the overall design of morality and rule of law in the first and sixth grade;Then develop a research plan for second-year students;Interviews with teachers to understand the behavior of students before and after the implementation of the study;Questionnaire survey was conducted for students to understand the students' preference for "ethics and the rule of law" and the resource of picture books.In addition,the researchers study of students test,test students' moral consciousness and moral behaviors before and after the change,the researchers according to the analysis of the collected data for the final the following conclusions:1.Draw this resource in the second grade class "morality and the rule of law" implementation is feasible.2.The use of picture books resources in second grade "morality and the rule of law",the teaching can help students moral awareness,moral emotion and ethical behavior.3.Draw this resource using elementary school second grade class "morality and the rule of law" can get the affirmation of the teacher.
