Geography teaching design suitable for students is beneficial to improve teaching efficiency and can also promote students' comprehensive learning.The implementation suggestion part of the Geography Curriculum Standards for General High Schools(2017 edition)proposes that teachers should be good at knowing,understanding and controlling different teaching modes,and combining formative evaluation and summative evaluation.Teachers should try new teaching models and evaluation methods on the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional teaching.Understand by design,referred to as UbD,is an instructional design mode which requires clear teaching and learning goals,and then determines measurable evaluation criteria based on the teaching and learning goals to accurately assess whether the teaching goals are achieved.This thesis conducts research on how reverse teaching design is actually applied to senior high school geography teaching,how to evaluate senior high school geography based on reverse teaching,and putting forward some implementation suggestions for senior high school geography reverse teaching.All the senior one arts students of Lhasa No.3 Senior High School are selected as the research object.Then,choosing class A and class B of senior one as the experimental objects,a two-month teaching experiment is carried out with the content from the second unit of the compulsory geography textbook one through reverse teaching design.The author adopts the literature analysis method,quantitative analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method,experimental method,summaries the geographic reverse teaching literature,gradually sets up the reverse teaching multiple evaluation system before and after the experiment,and devises the reverse teaching measurement table,analyzes the related experimental data,puts forward related suggestions of the geography reverse teaching in senior High school,finally summarizes experience and the shortcomings in the process of reverse teaching.This research is mainly divided into six chapters:in the first chapter,the author reads the relevant literature to clarify the research theme,and establishes the research purpose,research significance,research content,research method and research technical route about reverse teaching based on the preliminary investigation in Lhasa No.3 Senior High School.In the second chapter,the author defines the related concepts of reverse teaching after determining the research topic.And then,the author finds out the theoretical basis of reverse teaching design by reading related literature,including management theory of cybernetics from management;Bloom's goal classification theory,constructivism theory,and humanism theory from pedagogy;cognitive psychology theory from psychology.In the third chapter,the author discusses the design of reverse teaching experiment,including the experimental objects,experiment purpose,experiment hypothesis,experiment variables,experiment implementation,experiment tools and multiple evaluation system of reverse teaching.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the experimental data,including the analysis of student questionnaire of the reverse teaching,the quality test of the reverse teaching measurement table,the comparison before and after the reverse teaching(including learning interest,learning attitude,learning method,understanding level),and the level of understanding after the reverse teaching based on unit,reverse teaching student self-evaluation and group self-evaluation analysis,reverse teaching final test score analysis and reverse teaching teacher interview summary.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward relevant suggestions based on the experience and lessons in the implementation of geography reverse teaching in senior high school from the perspective of teachers and students.In the sixth chapter,the author summarizes the main conclusions of this research,reviews the teaching experiment and the entire thesis writing process,reflects on experience and shortcomings,and proposes prospects for follow-up research.
