Study On The Labor Spirit And Cultivation Of College Students In The New Era

A country will thrive when its youth thrive,and a country will thrive when its youth thrive.At present,the Party leads the whole nation to embark on a new journey to achieve the second Centenary Goal.College students in the new era shoulder a significant mission and responsibility,and the task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation still needs young college students to continue to struggle.The spirit of labor of college students not only determines their attitude towards life,work and study,but also directly affects their practical actions.Cultivating the spirit of labor of college students in the new era is not only helpful to promote the development of college students themselves,but also helpful to enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of college students,thus affecting the development and progress of the whole country.In today's society,the importance of cultivating college students' labor spirit is self-evident.In order to better cultivate contemporary college students' labor spirit,it is necessary to deeply analyze and summarize the problems and causes of college students' labor spirit,and explore the effective strategies and specific paths of cultivating college students' labor spirit from different angles and directions.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in the new era and summarizes the research status of the cultivation of college students' labor spirit at home and abroad.At the same time,the research methods and innovation points adopted in this paper are simply explained in this part.The second part of the new era of college students labor spirit cultivation of the relevant theories are discussed in general.First of all,the relevant connotation of the cultivation of the spirit of labor of college students in the new era is explained from simple to profound,that is,taking labor as the starting point,the basic connotation of the cultivation of the spirit of labor,the spirit of labor in the new era and the spirit of labor of college students in the new era is gradually elaborated.Secondly,from the perspective of Marxist view of labor,the important discourse of Chinese Communists on labor,the excellent traditional Chinese culture of labor thought to explore the relevant theoretical basis;Finally,it discusses the significance of cultivating college students' labor spirit in the new era.The third part is guided by the main problems existing in the spirit of labor of college students in the new era,and analyzes the causes of these problems.This paper analyzes the problems existing in college students' labor spirit in the new era from four angles of labor cognition,labor emotion,labor will and labor behavior,and analyzes the causes of these problems from four different angles of college,society,family and individual.The fourth part of the content of the new era college students labor spirit cultivation path.First of all,we should play the core role of classroom teaching,that is,pay attention to the role of labor education professional courses,strengthen the role of ideological and political theory courses,enhance the role of employment and entrepreneurship courses;Secondly,rely on labor practice to boost the cultivation of labor spirit,that is,carry out daily life labor practice,strengthen production labor practice,pay attention to service labor practice;Thirdly,we should create the environment of labor spirit cultivation,that is,create the campus environment of labor education,form the social environment of advocating labor,create the network environment of respecting labor,create the family environment of loving labor;Finally,the main role of self-cultivation of college students' labor spirit should be brought into play,that is,to establish correct labor concept,actively participate in labor practice,and stimulate the creative potential of labor.
