This paper studies the performance and origin of the identity crisis of independent college students in the current era,and proposes the scheme and intervention countermea sures to improve the identity of college students in independent colleges based on the presentation of identity crisis.Firstly,through the study of the model of higher education reform in China,the necessity and feasibility of the research on the identity crisis of college students in independent colleges are expounded by analyzing the differences between independent colleges and dependent mother schools.Secondly,on the premise of clarifying the concepts of college student identity,the connotation and characteristics of college student identity,and the influencing factors of college student identity,the research object of this article is determined,and the three dimensions of cognition,emotion and behavior Expand the questionnaire design,select four colleges and universities including Taizhou Institute of Science and Technology,Nanjing University of Science and Technology,Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University,Pujiang College of Nanjing University of Technology,and Hanlin College of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Then,combined with the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire,the author analyzes the status quo of independent college students' identity from the six levels of gender,age,subject,school,grade,and school choice path,and finds that the independent college has a low identity and is slightly in the middle.The position;the subject,the school ranking,and the student selection method are important elements that affect the identity crisis of the independent college students.Thirdly,the in-depth analysis of the survey statistics reveals that the current independent college students have many problems such as self-identity cognition,lack of emotional cognition,and poor learning autonomy.The root of the problem stems from both self and social aspects.Finally,with the help of identity cognition theory and social culture theory,through the use of experimental groups and control groups,and the use of growth group work methods,how to intervene in the identity crisis of independent college students is planned and formulated.Through comparative analysis before and after the experiment,it was found that the self-esteem and self-confidence of the experimental group members were significantly improved;the study delay of the group members was significantly alleviated,the 21-day habit formation effect was effective,and the learning initiative was significantly improved;The school's cognition has also been significantly improved,the fuzzy cognition with the school has been diluted,and the degree of satisfaction with the independent college has increased significantly,which has achieved the expected results and achieved the purpose of the thesis research.
