The history of China's private higher colleges have been last for more than 30 years,and the current students in private higher colleges exceeds 5 million.Private colleges and universities are an important extension and supplement of China's higher education and play an important role in cultivating professional and technical talents.In recent years,the number of senior high school graduates has shown a downward trend,and the competition of student resources among universities has become fierce.The problem of student shortage in private higher education institutions is particularly prominent,which brings tremendous pressure to their survival.To maintain good competitiveness in the education market,colleges and universities must have abundant educational resources.In addition to the investment in related hardware facilities,the core thing is to improve the competitiveness of teacher resources.In the face of public colleges,private colleges and universities must build up a stable and professional team of teachers,which is inseparable from a scientific and efficient salary management institution.Therefore,in order to improve the market competitiveness of private universities,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the salary management system of private universities,and then to propose feasible and scientific improvement strategies.The main research of this paper has the following aspects: through the research and analysis of the salary management institution of the private university Zhengzhou L Information School,based on reading a large number of relevant literature and theoretical works,using questionnaire survey method and field interview method,etc.This paper fully understand the current situation of the school's salary management institution and its implementation effects,and deeply analyze the problems existing in the current salary management institution of Zhengzhou L Information School.According to the relevant results of the survey,combined with the relevant theories of salary management,analyze the existing problems one by one,use the relevant theories of salary management,combine my thinking and insights,and then find out the root causes of the problems,and then respectively from the optimization of the salary structure,the fixed salary,floating salary and welfare to solve the existing problems in salary management and provide practical solutions for Zhengzhou L Information School to improve the competitiveness of teachers.
