As an important group of teenagers, the development of minors is closely related to the development of society. In recent years, juvenile delinquency has become a hot issue in society.Due to the weak self-awareness of minors, lack of self-restraint ability, coupled with the lack of family, school, social education and social support,it is easy to lead to the formation of wrong values and deviant behavior of minors, thus deviating from the normal trajectory of life.If the minors involved in the crime can only be given legal punishment and correction while the psychological, cognitive and behavioral intervention is ignored, then the probability of the minors involved in the second crime will be greatly increased. In order to prevent and correct juvenile delinquency, the state has formulated a series of policies and systems.Among them, the system of caring and helping education is one of professional and effective systems.Social work relies on professional values and uses professional techniques and methods to intervene in care and help education, providing minors involved in crime with better opportunities to integrate into society, helping them to return to normal life, and effectively preventing secondary crimes. The focus of this study is to use the method of case work to intervene in the conditional non-prosecution of minors.Taking the case of T social work Office in N City as an example, the preliminary social survey found that the overall situation of the cases was similar, with self-cognitive behavior deviation, weak family support system, adverse influence of peer group, weak legal awareness, lack of career planning and other problems.Based on the cognitive behavior theory, this paper helps the clients to correct their bad cognition and their bad behaviors, such as violence and unearned behavior;Relying on the Satya family combination therapy model to improve the family relationship, change the way of communication of family members, improve the communication effect, help the client to improve self-esteem,so that it can achieve the positive effect of "people in the situation",and stimulate the maximum potential;Assist the victims to eliminate undesirable peer groups, and actively integrate into positive peer groups,in order to obtain help and positive influence; To guide minors involved in crimes to learn legal knowledge and enhance their legal awareness;Assist the client in career planning or return to school smoothly;Fully mobilize the social forces of schools, institutions and communities to help minors involved in crimes establish a firm and positive social support system,so as to subtly drive the conditional non-prosecution of minors to make positive changes, achieve the goal of smooth integration into society and promote their healthy growth. Finally, this study concludes that the help and education work involving social workers as the main body can effectively help juveniles involved in crime to return to normal life and avoid secondary crimes. This paper summarizes the difficulties faced by social work in helping and teaching minors involved in crime, and puts forward relevant suggestions to accumulate relevant experience and provide reference materials for helping and teaching minors involved in crime, hoping to promote the development of helping and teaching minors involved in crime.
