Case Intervention Study On The Investigation And Education Of Juvenile Offenders Under The Psychosocial Treatment Mode

With the development of Chinese and foreign groups,it is an important way for them not to pay attention to the development of their families in the complex environment,and they are easy to take an important responsibility for the development of their families.Nowadays,the inducements of juvenile delinquency are gradually diversified,and the age of criminals is also showing a trend of younger age.Under the background of all kinds of shocking juvenile delinquency events occurring frequently,the guidance and education of juvenile delinquency has continuously become a hot issue of concern.Among the numerous educational programs,the way of taking judicial social workers as the main help and education force to intervene in the correction and improvement of criminal minors is becoming more and more popular.This guidance method can effectively improve many deficiencies of judicial help and education,give full play to the professional advantages of social work,comprehensively analyze the crime incentives of service objects,grasp their difficulties and needs,pay attention to the pertinence of help and education services,and finally achieve remarkable results,Help the case owner return to normal life.This study takes violent juvenile offenders as the research object,under the guidance of the principles of "respect,acceptance,case owner self-determination and non judgment",and takes the psychosocial treatment model as the main skills to investigate,analyze,diagnose,intervene and evaluate them.This paper expounds the research content through four parts: on the basis of literature research,firstly,clarify the theory and research process,and lead to the research goal;Secondly,through three different juvenile crime cases,this paper summarizes the criminal characteristics of such personnel,has a macro grasp of the problems and basic needs they face,and locks the research object,which lays the foundation for the later practical content.Subsequently,the author made a further in-depth diagnosis and analysis of the problems and needs of the case owner.Taking the case work of social work as the intervention method and psychosocial treatment skills as the main means,the author set a variety of assistance and education objectives according to the needs of the case owner,and completed the assistance,education and evaluation according to the plan.Finally,under the guidance of the research process,this paper summarizes and reflects on this research,and draws four core conclusions: the professional relationship of mutual trust is an important basis for completing the case study,the disharmonious family system and unhealthy peer influence are the focus of the case study of minors involved in crime,and the intervention in the correction of minors involved in crime in the form of judicial social work assistance and education has a good effect The existing investigation,assistance and education forces of minors involved in crime are difficult to meet the actual needs.
