Research On The Integration Of Confucius' Thought Of Self Cultivation Into Middle School Students' Moral Education

The excellent traditional Chinese culture has the moral education value of carrying the way and transforming the people with the text.General Secretary Xi has emphasized the necessity of developing the excellent traditional Chinese culture for many times,pointed out the need to inherit the excellent cultural genes of China,and actively excavate and carry forward the modern value of Confucian culture.As an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,Confucius thought of self-cultivation contains such thoughts as benevolence,self-reflection,erudition and practice,and careful thinking,which can help students to enhance their moral cultivation,cultivate their sense of moral self-discipline,and shape their ideal personality.However,the value of moral education of the outstanding traditional Chinese culture has not been brought into full play.The reference and application of Confucius' self-cultivation thought in middle school are insufficient.Some middle school students have problems such as lack of culture and lack of moral self-discipline consciousness.In order to solve the existing problems and enhance the effectiveness of moral education for middle school students,we can scientifically and rationally transform and develop Confucius' thought of self-cultivation,so as to make it conform to the concept of quality-oriented education and the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and explore the effective path of integrating Confucius' thought of self-cultivation into moral education for middle school students.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part of the introduction.This paper expounds the research background and significance of the integration of Confucius' self-cultivation thought into the moral education of middle school students,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and explains the thinking methods,difficulties and innovations of this research.The second part is the concept and theoretical basis.The concepts of Confucius' self-cultivation thought and moral education are explained,and the Marxist thought of cultural education and Xi Jinping's important exposition on excellent traditional Chinese culture are taken as the theoretical basis of the study.The third part is the current situation investigation.Mainly using questionnaire survey method,case interview method,to understand the middle school students' cognition of Confucius thought of self-cultivation,Confucius thought into the classroom teaching,theme class meetings,campus culture,community activities and so on.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that the moral education of middle school students lacks the effective integration of Confucius'self-cultivation thought.There are problems such as the weak effectiveness of integration into the teaching process,the relatively empty content of integration into the theme class meeting,the relatively single carrier of integration into the campus culture,and the low frequency of integration into the community activities.There are some reasons behind the problem,such as teachers' lack of understanding of Confucius' thought of self-cultivation,students' lack of learning subjectivity,school's moral education system is not perfect,and home teachers' lack of emphasis on carrying forward Confucius' thought of self-cultivation.The fifth part discusses Confucius' thought of cultivate one's morality into the path of the middle school students' moral education,combined with China's new era education idea and the related theoretical basis,scientific and effective the ideas of Confucius,cultivate one's morality into classroom teaching,theme class meeting,campus culture and community activities,guide the students strong cultural self-confidence,improve personal moral cultivation,cultivate moral self-discipline,moral consciousness.
