Effects Of Anaerobic Energy System Training On The Running Characteristics Of The High School Male Three Player Basketball Match

In recent years,the development of three-player basketball in China has gained momentum,and various large-scale tournaments have been held one after another,especially more and more three-player basketball tournaments have been set up for the youth stage,such as KFC 3X3,NIKE 3X3,which provide valuable opportunities for school students to participate in three-player basketball tournaments.Due to the late start of three-player basketball,its training design is currently based mainly on theories related to five-player basketball.However,after comparing the running characteristics of both,we found that three-player basketball has the following characteristics compared with five-player basketball: short running distance(1547 m vs.5000 m);more running times(1354 vs.1050);short average running distance(1.1 m/time vs.4.3m/time);fast average displacement speed(4.1 m/s vs.2 m/s);short average movement time(0.3 s/time vs.2.2 s/time);therefore,the three-player basketball game is less athletic than five-player basketball,but the match is intense,lasts for a short time,and is not affected by the position on the court.Most scholars now believe that the main form of energy supply in five-player basketball is the glycolytic energy supply system,so maximal lactate training and lactate tolerance training combined with basketball program characteristics are the main training methods,which will result in high blood lactate concentrations and is an effective improvement of maximal lactate capacity training method.However,in view of the different characteristics shown by the game characteristics of three-player basketball and five-player basketball,we believe that three-player basketball training should not be completely copied from five-player basketball,but should be combined with their own running characteristics for targeted training.The duration of a three-player basketball game is 10 minutes,and the athletes' entire running time is about 60%,which means that 40% of the time can be recovered,while the recovery time of the human phosphagen system for energy supply in adolescence is half of that in adults,so athletes of this age group should have more than enough time for the recovery of the phosphagen energy supply system.Based on these findings,we concluded that a physical training approach based on the characteristics of the phosphagen supply system may be more suitable for the game characteristics of youth three-player basketball.To test this hypothesis,18 male students were randomly recruited as volunteers from the Sixth Middle School of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone and randomly and equally divided into a control group,a phosphagen-dependent training group and a glycolytic-dependent training group.The volunteers were randomly divided into control group,phosphagen training group and glycolysis training group.The anaerobic energy supply system(phosphagen and glycolytic energy supply system)was tested before and after the experiment,and four simulated races were conducted.The results found that: the single running distance of volunteers in the phosphagen supply training group after the experiment was(3.5±0.3)m,and the total running distance was(1275±135)m;the single running speed was(1.35±0.11)m/sec,and the average running speed was(2.29±0.24)m/sec;the single running(3.08±0.16)sec,and the whole running time was(557.7±21.2)sec;the number of volunteer runs was(181±11)times;the single run distance of volunteers in the glycolytic energy supply training group was(3.5±0.3)m,and the total run distance was(1225±62.6)m;the single run speed was(1.25±0.18)m/sec,and the average run speed was(2.20±0.15)m/sec;the single run of volunteers was(3.26±0.28)sec,and the whole running time was(557.1±33.3)sec;the number of runs was(171±7)times;the single running distance of volunteers in the control group was(2.5±0.3)m,and the total running distance was(1031±68.9)m;the single running speed was(1.07±0.12)m/sec,and the average running speed was(2.01±0.17)m/sec.The single running time of volunteers was(2.8±0.13)sec and the whole running time was(512.7±18.6)sec;the number of runs of volunteers was(183±7)times.Statistically,it was found that the volunteers in both anaerobic energy training groups had elevated levels of the corresponding energy supply system after the experiment.In terms of running characteristics,there were significant differences in running time,running speed,and running distance between the two energy supply training groups and the control group,as follows: single run time: control vs.phosphagen training group,P=0.026;control vs.glycolytic energy supply training group,P=0.001;for the whole game running time: control vs phosphagen training group,P=0.007;control vs glycolytic training group,P=0.008;for single run speed:control vs.phosphagen training group,P=0.004 control vs glycolytic training group,P=0.045;mean in-competition running speed: control vs phosphagen-trained group,P=0.024;control vs glycolytic-trained group,P=0.1.For single run distance: control vs phosphagen training group,P=0.000;control vs glycolytic energy training group,P=0.001;for total run distance: control vs phosphagen training group,P=0.000;control group vs.glycolytic energy training group,P=0.003;however,no significant difference was observed between the two energy training groups,as shown by: single run time:phosphagen energy training group vs.glycolytic energy training group,P=0.136.For the whole game running time: phosphagen training group vs glycolytic training group,P=0.97.For the single running speed: phosphagen training group vs In terms of average in-competition running speed:for the phosphagen group vs.the glycolytic group,P=0.459.In terms of single run distance.P=0.27 for the phosphagen-supplied group vs.the glycolytic-supplied group,For the total distance run: for the phosphagen-supplied group vs.the glycolytic-supplied group,P=0.379.According to the running characteristic index of the athletes in this study,the athletes run for a long time and at a slow speed in the whole match,which indicates that the sports load intensity and the amount of exercise are small in the high school men's three-man basketball match.The reason may be that the volunteers in the study of the overall level is low,for the game's opportunity to hold a certain problems and the application of the technology and tactics,match the energy was squandered,appear too many invalid mobile,and against the low intensity in training and competition,lower strength can't on the depth of the body to produce stimulation,physiological needs is small,For example,the average heart rate is only about 125 times/min,the average running speed is 2.25 m/sec,and the total running time in the game accounts for 90% of the prescribed time.It is worth noting that although physical training focusing on the development of phosphoric acid energy supply system may be more suitable for the characteristics of three-man basketball games for teenagers,the metabolic ability of athletes' phosphoric acid energy supply system in this study did not have a significant impact on the running characteristics of athletes in three-player basketball games for high school boys after the improvement.2 power training volunteers have differences between parts of the running characteristics and the control group of volunteers,but two power training group of volunteers did not show any significant difference between running characteristics,the original power system and power glycolysis phosphate system in high school,three characteristics of male athletes running in the basketball game of the influence of does not exist significant differences.Therefore,at present,the anaerobic metabolic capacity of high school three-player basketball players has no significant influence on the running characteristics in the match.
