Background: Rugby in China began to develop in 1928.Feng Tian school rugby team is our first team.At present,rugby rugby in our country is dominated by the British seven and develop rapidly;However,the study of energy system is less than that of foreign countries.Through the literature review,we find that there is only one article on energy metabolism of rugby in China and it is overview do not explain the aim to seven-man rugby or the fifteen – man rugby.At present,the research on the energy metabolism of rugby is almost zero in our country.Objective: By measuring the rugby team,anaerobic glycolysis and aerobic capacity for energy and blood lactate threshold index to observe the rugby players energy supply situation;in the energy supply characteristics of the front difference before and after comparison.Combining accelerometer and video analysis,rugby players need primarily the way of energy supply in rugby match.To investigate whether the front supply energy meets the requirement of energy in competition,and to explore a simple and effective method for field measurement of aerobic energy supply.Compare yourself with the British rugby system of seven people.Methods: The subjects of this research are seven British rugby players,a total of 14,8 forwards,front 6,from the Tianjin city rugby team,the athletes are master level level.The supply of phosphate,glycolysis and aerobic ability test,and analysis of the video game to watch in the game for the striker,the front can demand with acceleration.The Conconi field test and maximum oxygen uptake through correlation analysis,explore whether it can replace VO2 max to evaluate the rugby players,the related data comparison of domestic and international,domestic and foreign players find the gap between.Results : Forward height and weight are greater than defenders(P<0.05)and the age is no significant difference.Forward is higher 9.33 cm than defender,heavier11.33 Kg.In the phosphoric acid test the forward has the better performance.In the glycolysis test the forward has the better performance and the peak lactate is taller 0.24 mmol than defender.In aerobic capacity test the defender has the better performance.Maximal oxygen uptake is higher 7.29 ml/min/kg than forward and the exercise intensity be better than forward 2.06 MET.The defender lactate threshold late appearance than forward 0.57 mmol.In the Conconi test,heart rate cheat point is late400 m compared with forward.The defender can be longer duration of exercise.Comprehensive energy consumption in three games find that in first half the defender upper limb than forward energy consumption is higher than 9.13 kcal and 1.19 MET;Lower limbs energy consumption is higher than 14.37 kcal and 2.53 MET.The second half defender upper limb than forward energy consumption is higher than10.49 kcal and 0.9 MET;Lower limbs energy consumption is higher than 18.89 kcal and1.47 MET.During the first half of the game,the number of intercepts were decreased,and the production of glucose and glycolysis decreased.The correlation analysis with the Conconi test and maximal oxygen uptake is0.767Conclusion: Chinese rugby player three energy supply system in anaerobic effects in the game,the test for the first time on the outstanding rugby player energy supply system test,Chinese rugby players can supply of phosphate was higher than that of the upper limb,forward more than the front,glycolysis in the front and in the striker.The aerobic capacity before and after the front of poor performance,aerobic capacity compared to the level of foreign.Domestic rugby players meet the energy needs of the supply of energy,but the supply is slightly inadequate,three major energy supply system should be strengthened training.The rugby team's aerobic capacity test,the most still VO2 max the accurate testing method,but has certain limitations in the daily training,this study of the Conconi field test and VO2 max correlation regression analysis showed that the method for evaluation of aerobic capacity is.A good method.Our rugby team on the size of thin,we should make the corresponding weight,either forward or front players in speed than international athletes is low in speed have great development space.
