In recent years,my country's institutions of higher learning have carried out a series of innovations in teacher training in the new era.Pre-service teacher education is the primary task of teacher education and the guarantee of the overall quality of teachers.In 2014,after the Ministry of Education of our country clearly proposed the training of all-subject teachers in primary schools,although various related studies and practices have emerged within a period of time,after all,the practice time is relatively short and there are certain problems.The primary school general teacher training model is an internationally popular model.So it is a more efficient way to learn from the methods of other countries that were more mature before.The pre-service teaching level of all-subject teachers in primary schools in Australia has attracted worldwide attention due to their short time and high level.This article mainly uses the literature method and the comparative method.Through the introduction of the overall training model,including the basic definition of the concept of primary school general teachers,the main construction of the training model,the top level of the training path,etc.It is the policy design,historical development and overall implementation status of the training are divided and analyzed.And taking Deakin University as an example,it introduces and sorts out the training objectives,enrollment system,curriculum system,teaching implementation,supervision and evaluation guarantee of the institution,and finally concludes that the training of general teachers in Australian primary schools Features and advantages.Generally speaking,Australia's primary school general teacher training model is to streamline and integrate the curriculum.Multilevel teacher educators adopt a variety of teaching methods,and then use teaching practice to transform the professional knowledge they have learned into actionable personal abilities,reflecting their " The training concept of "student-oriented" cultivates primary school teachers with reflective thinking and practical ability.Based on this,in view of the current problems of China's unification of the connotation of all-subject teachers in elementary schools,the lack of integration of training mechanism platforms,the lack of standardization of training programs,and the absence of the design of the training system,it is recommended that China adopt an effective combination of theory and practice.Improve the concept and connotation of the training of primary school teachers,Strictly control the source of enrollment,raise enrollment standards,improve the curriculum format,enrich the curriculum content,adjust the traditional training structure,increase the proportion of education practice,and strengthen the construction of the teaching team,and reform the primary school Relevant programs for teacher training,perfect the overall system for the training of primary school teachers of all subjects,and innovate the synergy mechanism for the training of primary school teachers of all subjects,so as to enhance the training ability of all teachers of primary school.
