The technical course,which is composed of general technical course and information Technology course,is a new course in the reform of China's general high school curriculum.Information technology courses have a long history,in the teaching has been a wealth of research,but the general technical curriculum research has only just started.It can be said that the smooth implementation of general technology courses is the key to directly affect the smooth implementation of high school technical courses,and the knowledge ability structure and teaching ability of general technical teachers is the key to the smooth implementation of general technical courses.Therefore,it is very important to study the ability training of general technology teachers.This paper first uses the literature analysis method to understand the current domestic technology research situation and the development of foreign technical education,and then through the questionnaire survey of the in-service general technology teachers,employers of school leaders,Research general technical field of domestic experts to conduct a questionnaire survey,Through data analysis,we can get the knowledge ability of general technology teachers according to the general technical researchers from different perspectives.After summing up the results of the summary questionnaire,combining the new curriculum standards,drawing on the existing research on the ability of general technology teachers and the framework of TPACK competence,the structure model of knowledge ability of general technical teachers is constructed.The model can be summed up as the 4+n+X model,of which 4 refers to 4 key abilities,in turn,basic education ability,classroom teaching ability,general technical subject teaching ability,technical ability;n refers to the set of n kinds of knowledge and ability refined under 4 key abilities;X refers to the professional choice direction,respectively,the direction of professional life and the direction of electronic technology.Taking this model as the main starting point,the author puts the curriculum into six parts,namely,the public course of general education,the curriculum of Teacher education,the basic course of subject,the core course of specialty,the course of practice and the course of optional direction.According to the setting of the main course,combined with the undergraduate professional training program of the school,the general technical course teacher training program is designed.The training program is mainly designed from the objectives and training requirements,the number of years of schooling,the total duration of the program,credits and the award of degrees,the duration of the course,credits and semester arrangements,the main curriculum(link)and the training requirements of the corresponding matrix.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized,the shortcomings in the research are combed,and the future research work is prospected.
