The "15:30" phenomenon has attracted the attention of the party and the state.In order to enhance the people’s sense of gain and happiness,the Ministry of Education issued a special document requiring the local government and school system to resolve the "three thirty" problem.To this end,Donghu District of Nanchang City included it in the government work report and listed it as a key issue for people’s livelihood.The district-affiliated compulsory school schools have included it in the daily work of the school,using school resources to organize,plan and systematically carry out the three tasks.After half-hour service works.The 15:30 physical education class is one of the projects.While improving the people ’ s sense of gain and happiness,it also contributes to improving students’ physical fitness,stimulating sports interest,mastering sports knowledge,sports technical skills,developing sports abilities,and cultivating students’ sports.Morality has a promoting effect;it is of great significance to the development of school sports,the development of school sports,and the training of reserve sports talents.At present,the project in Donghu District has been implemented for three years,and the effectiveness of the 15:30sports classroom needs to be scientifically evaluated and summarized.For this reason,based on the scientific analysis of the basic characteristics of the15:30 sports classroom in Donghu District,this article combines school sports theory,extracurricular sports theory and extracurricular service engineering theory to investigate the students,physical education teachers and experts participating in the15:30 sports classroom,Based on the interviews,researched and compiled the《 "Student Evaluation Scale for the Implementation Effect of the " 15:30 Sports Class " in the Donghu District School After School Project" 》 and 《 "Teacher Evaluation Questionnaire for the Implementation of the " 15:30 Sports Class " in the Donghu District After School Project" 》,and used this as a measuring tool to measure the effect of the 15:30 sports classroom in Donghu District.The results show that(1)The 15:30 sports classroom in Donghu District has interest and ability in compulsory education for students’ sports interests and abilities,and students ’overall learning Ability,innovative practice ability,cooperative competitiveness,sports conduct,and family-nation sentiments all have obvious promoting effects;(2)The 15:30 sports classroom in Donghu District can improve the overall physical fitness,exercise level and school sports disciplines of students in the compulsory education stage.Development plays an important role in promoting development(3)The effect of the implementation of the physical education classroom in Donghu District at 15:30 in elementary schools is relatively more obvious than that in junior high schools;(4)The physical education classroom in Donghu District at 15:30 can enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the people,Improve the school ’ s satisfaction with education.The study also found that the 15:30 sports classroom is the main position to promote home-school-community integration,the main position for systematically cultivating students’ core literacy in sports,and the main position for the new strategy of integrating sports and education;There are still problems in the development of teachers and professional development that need to be solved urgently.
